Corinne and Bill were fabulous hosts. They were flexible with check in and check out times (with the sudden downpour!) and left clear instructions for our stay. The area was very peaceful and the abode was clean, tranquil, and fully equipped with everything that we'd need. There were even goodies in the fridge and by the kettle, a lovely touch! Fantastic location across the road from the water. Short walk to shops and cafes. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Highly recommended

The Quirky Black Shack exceeded our expectations. The house was beautifully presented. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with cooking pots, pans and appliances. Ample crockery and cutlery for any type of cooking and eating you can imagine. The beds are wonderfully comfortable in beautiful bedrooms, all have fans and air conditioning. The bathroom is super and there is an extra separate toilet. The outside east-facing deck looks out to the ocean and sleeping to the waves rolling in was very relaxing. There is a single car garage attached to the house making it very convenient. The little swimming beach is only a short stroll away and a bike/pathway is just across the street. You can walk, run or ride for miles along the seaside. Mon Repos is also just a couple of kilometres walk down the pathway. The Lighthouse Hotel has great meals, and near it is the IGA, a bakery and a few other great cafes. Sam & Nikki our hosts were very responsive, warm and friendly. A great place to stay.

Lovely place to stay! We were only here for a couple nights while we explored Bundaberg and surrounding areas but it was wonderful and Georgina was a great host!

Our stay with Lindy was amazing! She offers such an amazing peaceful experience for an affordable price, nestled on the outskirts of Bundaberg city away from the hubbub whereas most hotels are located on the busy Main Street/ city centre. Lindy was welcoming and went above and beyond to help us out during our stay! The house is split nicely with generous living areas, lovely courtyard and comfy rooms!! We would definitely stay again!! Thank you Lindy for making us feel so welcomed and offering your beautiful home to us
