The place is as shown in the pictures. The area is quiet and safe. Our stay was pleasant and without any inconvenience. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting Mayela personally, but she was always attentive.

We love the condominium, super safe and quiet. The house is very nice and all the furniture. As a suggestion; I would cover the door that leads to the backyard, so that it doesn't get that much light in the evenings, from that to outside everything was excellent ⭐️

Very nice and pleasant place. Everything was very clean, the only thing we didn't like was that the upstairs toilet didn't work properly, but everything else was excellent.

Lovely time in a beautiful, new space that is perfect for two. Lovely balcony allowed us to take in the evening. Very centrally located with access to taxis and quick trip to the Torreon airport. The host is very communicative and responsive. Would highly recommend.

A very good place to stay!

Mr. Kerims place is in a calm neighborhood. Less than a 5 minute walk will have you at the bus stops where you can make your way to the centro for 15 pesos. There is a family owned grocery nearby and also major grocery stores off the main street. That is alot of house for the price and it comes with a washer/dryer. Mr. Kerim was very responsive and adjusted to my fluid schedule to accommodate me. There are great Gordita stores nearby as well. You can't go wrong with eating at food stand you walk by. The city has a great cultural scene blended with Asian culture. When I come back to Torreon this is the spot I'm going to find myself at. For as big as the city is it is very tranquil. Enjoy the vibez.

amazing for the price. You have IT ALL! Apart from Daniela and Aldo are incredible people, the only thing I would change would be the door that is a lot now and it's difficult to open and close, from that outside the place complies with everything. I would definitely stay with them again.
