The house was delivered very clean, a pleasant house where a family can stay comfortably , offering an even bigger space with its covered terrace.

We had to make a last min booking to change our accommodation mid holiday. And they were very helpful. I wish we stayed in Nuran’s boutique hotel all of our holiday. They are all very friendly, experienced and hands on. The place is very well equipped, super clean. Bathroom etc amazingly done. The renovation was done tastefully. They kept asking if we need anything. Communal areas are lovely to chill. Pool is big enough to have a quick dip and great for kids. Location is superb. They have their regulars which they all became like family. All the amnesties incl chemist, a mid size supermarket and lovely restaurants are around the corner but you still get a village feel. Sea is good, great for kids, shallow start and lots to look at. You can use any of the restaurants sun beds and umbrellas as long as you eat there. They are all friendly. There are also public sections, free to use with sun beds and shades. I will definitely be going back to Nuran’s boutique hotel.

I had such a lovely time staying at this home in Gümüşlük. Everything was just perfect – the house was spotless, well-furnished, and had everything I needed. The garden and the view were absolutely amazing – I could’ve spent the whole day just sitting outside and enjoying the peace and quiet. The neighborhood was calm and beautiful, just what I was looking for. The host was also incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I really felt at home. I’d love to come back someday – highly recommended!

Hülya was an incredible host! She accommodated my last-minute, late-night request and welcomed me with delicious Turkish treats. The apartment was spotless, peaceful, and had stunning views. She also gave excellent recommendations, including the need for a rental to explore the area. It’s a 15-minute drive to the airport and 40 minutes to Bodrum. I truly enjoyed my stay—thank you, Hülya!

We were a group of 7 people, and the stay was lovely! The area is very peaceful, and there’s a private beach right under the villa. Sunsets were magical! The bedrooms were nice and spacious, and all air-conditioned, many bathrooms which is a big plus. The host was very helpful and responsive whenever we needed extra towels or to fix something. Thank you for a great stay! (Note: would recommend for anyone visiting to have a deal with a driver or get the number of a local taxi company, we struggled a bit with transportation because there’s no uber and the place is not in an area where you can stop a tax.) Oh and ask the host about boat rides, not to be missed :)

Ebru was very communicative during our stay. We unfortunately had to leave a couple of days early due to airline changes. The unit was very clean and had a spectacular view of the harbour. The main town was about a 10 to 15 min walk. Our only complaint was the beds were a little hard to our liking but not Ebru’s fault. The rest of our stay was comfortable.

Mr. Onur's father, Mr. Mehmet, did not spare his support when I needed grocery shopping. Since the house is in a gated community outside the center, it will definitely be more comfortable to drive. They responded quickly to all my needs, thank you so much

Absolutely loved our stay! The home we booked was a true gem. The views were breathtaking—waking up to those serene landscapes each morning was a real treat and at night the Bodrum castle looked stunning. The space was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could need. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their local tips were super helpful. The neighborhood itself was peaceful yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. Plus, the internet was fast and reliable, which was a big plus! The home was also spacious and had a warm, comfortable vibe that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place—can’t wait for another stay!

First of all, we would like to thank Ms. Esra's dear mother, Ms. Sema and her father, Mr. Metin. They took care of all our needs and made us feel like a guest who came to them. The view of the house, the sweet breeze is very nice. It is very advantageous that the compound has a private beach by the sea. Everyone who lives on site is friendly. Every need is considered, the greengrocer bread deli comes all the way to the site. There are very fine details by Ms. Sema in the house, the beds are spotless like chewing gum. We had a nice holiday calm, peaceful and quiet.

A very clean space. A beach right outside the front door as if it were a private one just for us. The reception was very kind. The neighborhood is very quiet and super friendly We'd come back any time. Highly recommend

The house is in a great location, we ate every evening against the sunset view. It is very close to the sea by stairs from the house, the site is very organized people, there are no sunbeds problems even on the holiday, the sea mornings are a little wavy in the afternoon, but it is not cold to enter and the water temperature is not cold, the house is very nicely furnished, the house is very well furnished, the house is dusted because the house was left open for cleaning on the first day, although the house was cleaned on the first day, we wrote to Mr. Berke and he wrote it again, the house was a little old and small, the barbecue in the house was a bit old and small, we were very impressed with the veranda, we were very impressed with the veranda. Everything was great, we felt like we went to our own vacation home. There are two huge patios, no air conditioning is needed, the materials in the house are of good quality, we are satisfied, we recommend it.

We were very kindly received , very helpful hostess. The villa is very nice and tidy. Very beautiful breathtaking views from the terrace . Rooms are spacious and clean . Beautiful large kitchen with all appliances. The Air Conditioning works just fine. This villa is highly recommended.

Everything was very nice. Ms. Rabia and her esteemed wife were very interested in us. Everything is spotless, exactly what you see in the photo. You can go without a doubt.

I loved a very peaceful home! The view and garden are nicer than the photos. Very right choice if you are looking for calm. I stayed alone, but 2-3 people can easily stay in the house and it was immaculately clean, the newly painted kitchen is quite large and if you want to cook, you can easily do it. The bedroom is big and comfortable, there is a 3 door closet. There is air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. The internet speed is very good, like me for those who work from home. I see this as an advantage, but I would still like to point out that there are many stairs for transportation to the house, you do your daily sports ☺️ The house is a must on top of a hill and there is a Migros, bakery, diner, hairdresser 1 minute away by car. 7 minutes to Gümüşlük by car, 12 minutes to Yalikavak marina, 35 minutes to the center. Zoe is a really interested host, although she was not here, everything was very well taken care of, everything was perfect, and Mr. Zafer came when I needed everything, thank you very much, if I come back to the basement, she will definitely stay at Zoe's house 🙏🏼 again

The house is extremely comfortable, convenient and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need. The surroundings are calm and clean and tidy. Very close to the beach. But since there is no public beach, it is necessary to use a hotel or private beach. Young children can also be comfortable. I'll recommend it to anyone.

I enjoyed it very much. I'd love to stay again. It has a clean and beautiful outdoor environment. It's very close to the sea. There was a friendly and helpful team. The mulberry tree was definitely a nice surprise. If you go in late May/June, you can eat a lot :) Maybe a few things can be improved. 1) The rooms could have been a little more pleasant. It's very clean, everything works properly, but it could have been a little warmer with a little touch. It felt like a newly moved-in house, as if it wasn't fully completed yet. 2) Breakfast was prepared with quality ingredients, but the portion was a little small for me. I think it's enough for most people, though.

We booked the two-bedroom suite for our family vacation. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. For long stay guests, trash is picked every day and deep clean with towel change is weekly but when we asked for new towels they made an exception. The pool was nice and cafe next to the pool was good but closed super early (5pm). The restaurants around the hotel are pricey, so we mostly cooked our own food (ask for pots and silverware at the reception!) or ate out in budget-friendly and authentic spots closer to Bitez or Bodrum. We rented a car so it was easy to get around. The car allowed us to visit nearby beaches and towns because there is not a lot of public transit in the area. It’s a 5-min walk to a nice beach, especially if you go further right where more beach cafes are. Even though we visited in the shoulder season, the weather was very warm, we could swim in the sea, and there were lots of things to do without suffering the crowds and high prices.

Fantastic stay. Dorman is set in beautiful grounds, Suites are spacious and clean. Staff are lovely, very efficient and nothing to much trouble for them. The turkish breakfast which is offered every morning was very nice. Only drawback for anyone looking to stay is if they have mobility problems or don't like walking, it may be a bit far out although it is only about a 10 minute walk to the beach (all downhill, it's coming back that is not so good). I would definately stay at The Dorman again.

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much

Lovely Airbnb. We were on a working holiday. The location is great with a lovely view overlooking the town. It is in a local suburb which was lovely. Would definitely recommend it.
