Cozy family cottage on Golsfjellet

This homely cottage is located 880 meters above sea level on Golsfjellet. The ski slope crosses the road about 100 meters below the cabin, so here you go directly from the cabin and into the slopes. The cabin has a large veranda and pleasant patio for the whole family. Golsfjellet is known for its versatile offer of experiences, such as horseback riding, hotel and seat operation, swimming in a pool or mountain water, mountain hikes, bike rides, access to slalom slopes and not least an incredible trail network for cross country skiing in winter. Welcome to the mountains!

Contemporary Cottage-Romantic-Magical Summer Getaway!

The cabin has a modern standard and can offer a quiet atmosphere with Skogshorn as a view, large and nice terrace outside and fire pit. You can take a lovely bath in the bathtub, fire in the fireplace or take a quiet relaxing day with a book in bed. There are many hiking opportunities at Golsfjellet both winter and summer, ski slopes and nice bike paths. It takes about 25 minutes to Hemsedal with Norway's largest alpine resort, restaurants and High and Low climbing park. The nearest grocery store is Joker Robru about 10 minutes from the cabin.

Idyllic annex in scenic surroundings, with stunning views of Hallingdal. The annex is located by itself on the outskirts of farm. Great hiking possibilities in both summer and winter. Distance to Solseter with marked trails is 1 km. Golsfjellet is a mile away. The cabin consists of kitchen with wood stove +2 hot plates, bathroom with shower cubicle and earth toilet, loft and living room with double sofa bed. Heated with wood and electricity. It is possible to rent bed linen for 75 kr per set. Private parking outside the cabin.

Ski in/ski out in the winter on both alpine and cross country tracks, right outside the door! In summer, there are nice hikes in the terrain in the expanses. Panoramic view of Skogshorn and Hemsedalsfjellene, Valdres and Jotunheimen, as well as Golsfjellet with Storefjell and Tisleifjorden. Area is a unique starting point for both summer and winter activities. Hiking trail and access to skiing right behind the cabin! Nystølvarden is the area's most popular trip, and can be reached in both summer and winter. There is a year-round road, electricity, water and drainage.

Ski-in/ski out and easy access to the top of Golsfjellet a little walk away. Amazing bike paths at the famous Mjølkeruta. Great fishing opportunities in Tisleifjorden. The apartment has two bedrooms with a total of 6 comfortable beds, new kitchen and bathroom and living room with great views of mountains and seats. Bed sheets and towels can be rented for 100, - NOK per person

Hallingstua er et sjarmerende tømmerhus fra Hallingdal og ligger på et gårdstun. Stua har en kombinasjon av gammelt og nytt. Det er en 55" TV med AppleTV og Altibox TV og Wifi for å dekke digitale behov og tømmervegger og åpen peis for kveldskos. Fri tilgang til ved. Stua har 4 soveplasser med dobbeltseng nede og hems under taket. Kjøkkenet har spiseplass for 4-5 personer og har det du trenger for matlaging. Det er en seng på kjøkkenet. Hallingstua har eget bad med dusj og toalett.

Behind the house (20 metres) you'll find the river Hallingdalselva, where you can fish for trouts. You may borrow a canoe or a small rowing boat. Koselig kårstue på gård. Huset er bygget i 1905 og har interiør fra århundreskiftet til ca 1970. Store, lyse og luftige soverom i 2.etasje. Kjøkken og stue med vedovn og kamin i 1.etasje. Huset ligger like ved Hallingdalselva med flotte bade- og fiskemuligheter. Du kan låne robåt eller kanoer. Vi snakker norsk, engelsk og spansk.

Visit Gol also gives you a lot of useful information of the area. Please note that there is a payment fee on Golsfjellet. Don't forget to pay $50, youpark.

Welcome to our cozy and newly renovated house in the heart of Gol! The house is in a quiet and family friendly area with proximity to the city center, shops, restaurants and activities. It is the perfect base for skiing at Golsfjellet, Skagahøgdi and in Hemsedal. The house is spacious and fresh, with a sunny terrace and barbecue. There is no TV – we instead encourage relaxation, quiet and quality time with family and friends in a pleasant environment.
