Our stone house with a typical Greek architecture of about 150 years old, again in a very special neighborhood. Our house , which we call Rıfat Bey in Beyada, located in the Upper Kaleköy location of Gökçeada, is 4 km from the city center and within walking distance to Yıldız Bay and the alternative cafe restaurants and bars in the harbor of Kaleköy. With its quiet and calm nature, you can have a pleasant time in the peaceful garden of Beyada or on one of the tiny balconies of Mr. Rifat. You can have a nice holiday in Bey, which is a pleasant place for those who want to walk nature in the morning or swim in the sea.

There is a 40-acre area in the forest, vineyards,goats, sheep, chickens,vegetable gardens and numerous fruit and nut trees. It is an active farm and you can help with daily tasks and learn about this life if you want. It is a convenient location for digital detox. The house has an uninterrupted view of the lake. Located in a decent site in Gökçeada Kuzulimanı, close to the ferry pier and Duplex house with white goods and furniture within walking distance to the sea. It has a 3+1 garden and a parking garage where you can protect your vehicle from the summer heat. There are 2 double beds, 2 single beds and 6 guests can easily stay. You can have breakfast, barbecue and do any activities you wish under the spacious pergola. There is a TV and Wi-Fi.

Well renovated 130 years old stone house with garden in Eski Bademli (Gliki), one of the old Greek villages in Gökçeada. It comes with a garden and a detached kitchen with all amenities. It has 3 rooms, each has its own luxury bathroom. All room windows are equipped with blinders so that you can sleep well in the mornings. No air conditioning, since we prefer a more natural life.
