From this centrally located, newly renovated place, you can quickly get anywhere in Allensbach. Whether Lake Constance shore, train station, bakery, ice cream parlor, and much more. Everything is a 3-5 minute walk away. There are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, dining area/living area available. In addition, you have the luxury of an approx. 40 sqm terrace with views of the lake and the mountains. You can also use the Weber gas grill or relax on the sun loungers.

A modern living space features a spacious sofa bed adorned with neutral-colored cushions and a soft blanket. A minimalistic white cabinet with cubed sections adds storage, while a small shelf holds books. A piece of colorful artwork adds a touch of creativity to the light-colored walls.

You have a view of the countryside and an entrance in the basement. New construction 2011, underfloor heating, perfect for solo travelers. You have it friendly and inspiring. If you only have 2 days off in between, just ask :) Wonderful as a home office -

Allensbach has excellent local transport connections via the regional "Seehas" train and the supra-regional Black Forest Railway.

Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Um die traumhafte Gegend zu erkunden stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung.
