Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Giurdignano

La struttura era bellissima, peccato solo che erano pochi giorni ma è stato tutto perfetto. Giulia è stata super disponibile e la posizione era perfetta, tranquilla e se dovessi ritornare sicuramente ritorneremo lì.

Die kleine Wohnung liegt wirklich traumhaft. Die vorgelagerte Straße hat uns kaum gestört, da der Blick auf das Meer und die Dünenlandschaft - sowohl bei stürmisch-regnerischem Wetter als auch bei Sonnenschein einfach fantastisch ist. Den etwas längeren Weg zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (fußläufig etwa 20-30 Minuten) nahmen wir gerne zum Anlass für ausgiebige Morgen-Spaziergänge am Meer und durch die (saisonbedingt) noch etwas verschlafenen Straßen des Ferien, Wochenend- und Sommerhäuschen geprägten Torre di San Giovanni. Insgesamt ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in das gesamte Salento. Wie schon öfters beschrieben, ist die Wohnung mit der kleinen Küche top ausgestattet, wir haben hier überhaupt nichts vermisst . Die Kommunikation mit Emanuela und ihren Eltern ist vorbildlich. Die Restaurant Tipps konnten wir nicht alle ausprobieren, bei Nachfragen hatten wir spätestens nach 30 Minuten hilfreich und zielführende Antworten! Danke für diese unvergesslichen Tage!!!

Wir (7 Pers.) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Sara. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allen, was man braucht. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Ensuite Badezimmer. Die großzügige überdachte Veranda gibt ausreichend Schatten bei Sonne bzw. ermöglicht es, auch bei leichtem Regen Outdoor zu sein. Der Infinity-Salzwasser-Pool mit Meerblick und die Outdoor Küche mit Gas- und Holzkohle-Grill sind ein echtes Highlight. Ebenso die Rooftop-Terrasse mit Meerblick, die wir für Yoga Sessions genutzt haben. Die Lage ist super ruhig in einem Villenviertel. Die Villa hat einen traumhaften Tuffstein-Garten. Santa Maria de Leuca ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Dort gibt es kleinere Geschäfte und ein paar Bars/Restaurants. Zu unserer Reisezeit (Mitte Okt) war einiges jedoch geschlossen. Wochenmärkte, größere Supermärkte und Restaurants in den Nachbarorten zw. 5-8km entfernt. Sara und Sergio (Ansprechpartner vor Ort) waren jederzeit erreichbar und super hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung. Le logement de Chloé est plein de charme. Petite maison de ville, dans une petite ruelle piétonne très tranquille. Tout est aménagé avec goût , nous avons apprécié prendre le petit déjeuner sur le toit terrasse. Attention à la tête quand on passe les portes, mon mari s'est fait avoir plusieurs fois. :) La chambre est spacieuse et très agréable. Le logement est idéalement situé pour profiter de la région de Gallipoli sans être dans la foule. Nous recommanderons ce logement si des amis ont l'occasion de visiter les Pouilles.

A lovely villa in a quiet location. 5 minutes drive away from restaurants and shops. The villa is a little rustic internally and lacks some home comforts. The outside area is stunning with lovely sea views. We had a restful stay and would recommend the accommodation.

Una soluzione ottima per chi cerca una casa in una zona tranquilla, vicina al mare. La casa di Cosimo é estremamente fedele alla descrizione, comoda per una famiglia di 4 persone. Pulita e funzionale all’interno, una meraviglia lo spazio esterno. Uscendo e percorrendo un breve sentiero si arriva sul mare. Nel nostro caso, probabilmente per il periodo ancora non di alta stagione e con giornate ventose, la pulizia della spiaggia ha lasciato a desiderare. Ma questo non ha intaccato l’esperienza ottima. Necessaria l’auto per muoversi, ma tutto raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto, Lecce in 15 minuti circa. I genitori di Cosimo che ci hanno accolto, sono stati eccezionali.

Świetny apartament, bardzo czysty, komfortowy, piękna łazienka. 5 min do plaży. Bardzo dobra klimatyzacja, która automatycznie się wyłącza przy otwarciu drzwi na zewnątrz . Ogólnie zdecydowanie polecam. Jedyną uwagą może być to, że nie wiedziałem przed zameldowaniem, że w jednej sypialni jest tylko jedno okno, które wychodzi na klatkę - to było lekkim minusem.

L’appartement et la terrasse sont très agréables. Antonella est très réactive et attentionnée. Nous avons été accueillies par sa gentille maman. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans la maison de Lido Conchiglie. En mai, douceur, chaleur et très peu de monde! Magnifique!

Devo dire che Giulia è una persona molto attenta, la casa in ordine, pulita e soprattutto fresca, i servizi che offre sono quelli giusti per una vacanza piacevole e spensierata.

Magnifique logement ! Nous voyageons beaucoup et nous avons déjà fait beaucoup de gîtes. Celui-ci est un des plus beaux! On dirait un hôtel ! Propre, très spacieux, lumineux, moderne, bien équipé. C’est une résidence privée de plusieurs appartements avec barrières de sécurité, piscine, terrasses, jardins très fleuris. Daniele est très gentil, nous avons même eu des spécialités locales en cadeau. Nous avons pu visiter le Salento (Maglie, Otrante, Gallipoli, Leuca…) mais il faut faire quelques kilomètres. Il y a des supermarchés et restaurants à proximité. Cerise sur le gâteau, nous étions seuls dans la résidence durant 4 nuits : tranquillité, calme et piscine rien que pour nous, un vrai bonheur ;-)

Der Aufenthalt war super, die Unterkunft sauber und sehr groß mit einer riesigen Terrasse. Unsere Tochter hatte viel Platz zum krabbeln und spielen. Lucia hat auf Nachrichten immer sehr schnell reagiert, war hilfsbereit und gab uns Tipps. Die Lage ist super. zu Fuß ist man schnell im Zentrum, bei Cafés und Restaurants. mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell die Küste (wir waren in Castro) und Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Francesco è stato estremamente disponibile fin dal primo momento, prima ancora del nostro arrivo. Al check in ci ha accolti e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni utili per il soggiorno oltre a tanti consigli da vero esperto della zona. La casa era come da descrizione, spazi molto vivibili, con tutto il necessario per godersi al meglio il soggiorno. Pulizia impeccabile e spazio all’aperto ampio e godibile. Ci siamo davvero sentiti a casa! Posizione perfetta appena fuori dal caos di Torre Vado, vicina a tutti i servizi tra Torre Vado e Morciano di Leuca. Il parcheggio convenzionato è una vera chicca e tra l’altro si trova in prossimità della spiaggia più bella del paese. Non posso che consigliare questo alloggio e ringraziare Francesco per la sua grande gentilezza e la passione che mette nel gestire la struttura!

This place is stunning! We sat on the terrace and enjoyed the view all day. We did a grocery shop prior to arriving, cooked/bbq’d without issue (plenty of cooking utensils/dishes), and ate al fresco when the weather permitted. We did laundry and everything air-dried quickly in the sun and breeze. Did a beautiful coastal drive. Loved everything about this place. Assunta gave great recommendations, met us to review everything, and was very responsive to the few questions we had. The bed was super comfy too. Oh and did I mention THE VIEW? Tons of storage to keep the bedroom uncluttered. Assunta provided snacks (loved the cookies), rusks, taralli, and a bottle of wine too! We would love to return year after year! It’s a WOW!

Il soggiorno presso la struttura di Roberta è stato impeccabile, ogni aspetto della struttura è pensato nei minimi dettagli. L’accoglienza e lo staff sono sicuramente uno dei punti forti. Gli spazi sono ampi e ben arredati, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Il patio esterno è un vero gioiello, ideale per rilassarsi. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chi cerca un alloggio confortevole e ben posizionato.

È stato un piacevole soggiorno, Giammarco sempre gentile e disponibile. L'appartemento è molto accogliente e pulito, con tutto ciò di cui si necessita a portata di mano. Nessuna nota negativa.

Our experience at Elizabeth's apartment was fantastic from start to finish. Communication with her was seamless; she was always quick to assist and answer any questions we had. Elizabeth went above and beyond, providing detailed instructions for our late check-in and sharing wonderful recommendations for nearby restaurants. The apartment was spotless, and we especially enjoyed the balconies with their stunning views. We had a truly wonderful stay in this beautifully designed apartment in the peaceful and charming town of Nardò. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated – from the gorgeous tiles and carefully chosen furniture and fabrics, to the absolutely stunning terrace that perfectly frames the beautiful church in the main square. You can really feel the care and artistic eye that went into creating this space. It’s both stylish and incredibly comfortable. Although we didn’t meet Mikaela in person, her warm communication made us feel very welcome. She even left us a bottle of prosecco to enjoy on the terrace. Highly recommended!

Absolut überwältigendes Appartment, direkter Zugang zur Strandpromenade, Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke und nur ca. 200 m bis zur Einkaufsstrasse. 15 Minuten Fussweg bis zur tollen Altstadt

Absolutely lovely apartment with the most gorgeous terrace. Bed was extremely comfortable too! Situated in a nice and quiet area, but only a few minutes walk to the sights, bars, and restaurants. Alessia was very communicative, messaging us in advance and during our stay. We stayed for 3 nights, could've happily stayed for longer. We parked in the private & secure 'Ex Gil" carpark on via Adua, which was €20 for 1st day and then €10 per day thereafter, and you can come & go as you please and they keep a space for your return.

Awesome apartment, fully appointed, with a balcony overlooking historic palaces. Steps away from awesome cafes, a market, supermarket, and one of the gates to the old city. Great TV, Wifi, and a block away from one of the best meat restaurants ever. Easy parking and access to the freeway out of town. We spent a month here and we highly recommend it!
