In the summer, Finnvikhaugen is the perfect place to experience the midnight sun and in winter you can experience the aurora borealis. There are great hiking trails and the possibility of a summit tour.

Eddastua is a lovely Nordland house from 1880

Eddastua is in history and charm. Edda Konstanse lived in the house with his sisters, who lived as a seamstress. Some years after Edda's death, Prostinne Valborg and her husband took over Prost Steffensen . When he died, Valborg moved to his children and the house was empty for almost 50 years, before Christensen took over in 2001. They've taken care of all the things that were there and turned the house into a gem with charm and tranquility. Stay in newly remodeled Community School

Idyllic Storvik is a small village at the end of Nordland coast in the middle of Saltstraumen and Svartisen. The surroundings are oceans, mountains, sandy beach and fishing waters. Here you can stay in the old grend school that we in our family have converted into a modern apartment. There are several marked hiking trails in the area. They range from very light, to more advanced trips for real "mountain goats". If you would rather relax on the beach and enjoy nature in the distance it is fully possible from the 1.5 km long sandy beach.

Cottage on beautiful Helgeland coast, coastal highway.

At Stia you can stay in scenic and tranquil surroundings with views of the fjord and mountains. Here you can enjoy silence under the starry sky and northern lights, or simply have lazy days on the beach "Stia" located just below the cottage. You can also enjoy the hot tub in summer as well as winter. If you want speed and excitement, there are many possibilities: Alpine hiking in Glomfjord, walking on Svartisen, skiing in the Meløy Alps, island hopping along the Helgeland coast and more. Family cottage in a great location and view

Great cabin for a family trip or a trip with your girlfriend/boyfriend. Peaceful and quiet in beautiful surroundings. The cabin is about 1 hour and 15 minutes away from Bodø Good cabin standard with well water, hot water and shower. The toilet is indoors in the bathroom, and of the bio-toilet type. Own barbecue area where the bonfire can be enjoyed in both rain and sun. To be brought or can be purchased by the host for NOK 200 per 40l bag NOTE! The cabin is used privately and will contain personal belongings.

Guest apartment in part of single-family home - Gildeskål

Guest apartment in great single-family home in quiet surroundings in the countryside, about three blocks by car from Bodø. Surrounded by forest, mountains and the sea. Close to sights such as Saltstraumen, Svartisen and Langsand on Sandhornøy. Good conditions for fishing all roads, ocean and water. Bedroom with large double bed. Sofa also possible for any 3rd person. Also movable guest bed. There are also available bedrooms in the other part of the building, but use of this must be specifically agreed upon.

We welcome open-air guests to our great cabin in Holmsundfjorden in Gildeskål, 1 hour drive south from Bodø. The cabin is idyllic and undisturbed all the way down by the sea. The cabin has a boathouse with a 14 foot boat with 10 HP outboard motor. The cabin also has a great, private sauna barrel right by the water, and an outdoor jacuzzi (this is new from July 2025). Formidable hiking and fishing opportunities await you in Gildeskål, and we are happy to suggest top trips and smaller family trips for you.

The whole group will be comfortable in this peaceful and spacious place. 4 bedrooms, private TV room, workplace with a view, dining area both in the kitchen and in the living room. Nice view from most rooms. Spacious terrace and large lawn. The house is newly renovated in its original 50-60s style, focusing on the environment and reuse. Sandy beach and the sea is just nearby. We have wild and beautiful nature around us on all sides, and bright summer nights as well as winter storms can be enjoyed here.
