We had a great time at Sylvie's, everything is perfect and as described, quiet location and close to the lake (ideal for our fishermen) and close (5mn walk ) to the small village playground (for the little ones) Horses and pony in front of the little house ( which is ultimately not so small) Everything is clean, enough dishes, and the best beds made on arrival Sylvie bravo you are a very considerate host thank you also for the arrival times you gave us

We had a great time at this place. The environment is peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. The place is very clean and perfectly maintained. We were warmly welcomed, with kindness and availability, which made our arrival very enjoyable. Accommodation is comfortable, well-equipped, and as described. I gladly come back to this place as soon as the weather allows me because the place is peaceful near the lake, the largest in Europe in size. This place of stay is to be recommended first with a hostess, welcoming Melanie and available as soon as you arrive until your departure. All activities: fishing on Lac du Der, cycling, sailing, tree climbing and villages to discover in the area. Particularly, my interest was in bird watching in the popular trees and sites such as the Chantecoq Observatory and the Grand Coulon pond. This region of Lac du Der is to be discovered and discovered from the smallest to the largest and of course during the migration of the ash cranes in October. Beautiful discovery. Marc

A very nice stay for a bachelorette party for newlyweds! We were 11 super comfortable people, very clean accommodation and lots of activities on site are possible. Catering is really a plus we all enjoyed. Super welcoming hosts and very responsive to our requests. I highly recommend it!!

We had a pleasant stay with friends at this beautiful property. The location along the Marne is very pleasant to walk around and very peaceful as well. The accommodation is very good, with a lot of charm and the perfect bedding. The instructions provided to us were very clear and Mathilde always responded quickly to our requests. Good to know, there are shops (bakery and super market) in the village 800m away. I would recommend this place.

Excellent stay everything was at the top, clean and functional accommodation. Corinne is a top host who has recommended several places to visit and who has a sense of detail (romantic weekend she had put the little personal touch🤗). There is an excellent creperie in the village, I recommend it if you are visiting there.

Excellent stay in a beautiful apartment, very bright, tastefully decorated and clean. In front of the train station, very convenient for train travelers, a 15-minute walk to the city center, its shops and its many restaurants and places to visit. Despite heavy traffic including on weekends, the double windows insulate very well. A small downside regarding the fixing of the shower bar which Mathieu promised to take care of for his next visitors. The gaming consoles made my 14-year-old daughter happy and are a nice plus. Great welcome with an earlier check-in than expected excellent location close to the port and dienville beach, activities, water skiing, towed buoy from the port restaurants (5 min by car max) Very nice garden with secure location for car , 30 min from Lac du Der and its many nautical activities, jet ski, eifoll, canoe pedalo ... , 30 min from the quad bike and electric scooter we stayed there in the middle of a heat wave, the children's room was on the other hand quite hot

Beautiful cozy apartment and full of charm, very well equipped and very clean. The bedding is comfortable in a quiet room. I spent three peaceful nights there. The village is located 2 km from all shops. The contact with Aurélie was very cheerful. You won't regret booking a stay in this place.
