Vacation rentals with beach access in Gibsons

Really nice responsive host. Very clean & modern room with a nice view. This was my second time stay at the property and I absolutely love it and will definitely be visiting again soon. The pools and other amenities are very clean and easy to find. The staff on property are very kind and helpful as well.

We stayed one night at Russells place. The location was conveniently situated for us in relation to the ferry terminal. What we appreciated about the location was that we had our own entrance and space. It was lovely to be able to sit outside on the balcony. The bathroom was spacious, with nice toiletries. Unfortunately, we couldn't cook in the kitchen, but we were aware of that as it was mentioned in the description. Luckily, the Nanaimo bars made up for it. What we personally find a bit of a shame — and this unfortunately happens at almost all Airbnbs — is that there’s no personal contact anymore. A key lockbox is very convenient, but we also feel it takes away a bit of the personal touch.

We had a wonderful stay at Randy and Barb’s condo. The condo was very clean, tasteful and roomy. It was equipped with everything we needed!! The resort had many desirable amenities including exercise room, pool and a good restaurant and lounge. We communicated with Randy a few times and he was always responsive, prompt and helpful. It was very apparent that the quality of our stay was very important to Randy and Barb. We really appreciated that. We highly recommend this listing!!

After travelling to Vancouver, many times in the past few years, I have to say that this is our favourite Airbnb. The location is fantastic. It’s close to the university many restaurants and the beach. Patrick was amazing host too, came out and met us when we arrived and was always responsive to my questions. He allowed us to plug our car into the garage outlet. The place it’s itself is spotless and brand new with all the amenities listed. Comfortable beds which is always a very important part of traveling! I’ve already put it in our favourite category for Vancouver stays. We will be back!! Be sure to get a cinnamon bun from Ground for Coffee. It was epic!!

Home away from Home, is how I would describe this. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were not only welcomed there but that we could feasibly own this place. We stayed a total of 5 nights, and were began to feel sad after the 4th night, knowing we would have to leave. Being literal steps from the ocean made for beautiful sunsets and serene mornings. The area is fairly well protected from winds as we were facing a North-West direction. The indoor pool, hot tub, gym and games room are all within a quick 3-minute walk. The indoor pool is very large with a large shallow area for the kiddo's. Indoor pool has a Dry Sauna as well. The hosts, Kimberly and John, are very communicative. There is a provided binder with local amenities and Places of Interest. We took their suggestions and had a wonderful time getting to know the area! All-in-all, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We have officially decided that we will be making Vancouver Island our yearly destination.

John’s place was fantastic. Easy check-in and quick to answer any questions. My wife and I really appreciated the size of the condo and all the amenities. The fireplaces, jetted tub, comfortable king bed, well equipped kitchen and beautiful patio. We took advantage of the on-site amenities including the gym, pool, outdoor hot tub, trails and restaurant. Our stay was awesome and John made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this gem of a condo in beautiful Nanoose Bay.

We had a fabulous time with our kids at Andrew’s house, it’s situated in a lovely quiet setting with a balcony to take in the magical views of the beach. The house had everything we needed, to enjoy our stay. We had a short walk to the beach and lovely walk in the forest. All local shops within 5mins drive in Parksville and would also hugely recommend the Parksville community park for the kids to burn off energy. I would hugely recommend The Mount Arrowsmith Brewery for lunch , great service .

We had such a nice and relaxing getaway at Dana’s place. The kids loved being able to walk down to the beach and had some board games to play by the fire on rainy afternoons. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable! Would love to stay again.

Ingrid and Marc's as hosts have gone above and beyond with all the amenities you will need for your stay. Bench 170 as a home is also beautifully designed and incredibly livable. I would love to stay at Bench 170 again and would highly recommend it!

Beautiful space and area overlooking the ocean, awesome having our own beach, and use of kayaks etc. Sleeps 6 comfortably but the hidabed in living room for 2 more guests very uncomfortable, needs a foamy on top of the springs! Loved the sunroom and games box, lots of different sitting areas❣️

We loved this amazing view home in Nanaimo. It is comfortable and extremely clean. Brian is a wonderful host, very welcoming and helpful. He has gone the extra mile to make your stay memorable by having so many extras available for your enjoyment like kayaks, crab traps and even extra shoes! The home has an incredible view and water access that offers a beautiful place to relax each day. We saw orcas, humpbacks, and otters from the deck! My 4 yr old grandson loved watching the ferries and float planes. Nanaimo was so fun. We are planning on coming back and definitely want to stay at this home again.

A lovely tranquil space with a large deck looking out to sea. Beautiful details, wooden finishing, and lots of character in the room. There were thoughtful details such as lots of towels, some tea bags and coffee. It was very peaceful and quiet and a short walk to the beach. Charlie was very responsive and is a warm and welcoming host.

I recently stayed at Ashley's place, and it was an exceptional experience! The property was exactly as described (and even better in person). It was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the décor and amenities made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, especially the view was amazing. I loved the closed huge backyard too because of my dog. Ashley was incredibly welcoming and providing clear communications. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. We definitely gonna stay at this place again. This time Summer.

We had a wonderful relaxing family vacation at Libby’s place. The home was very comfortable. The views were stunning! Great place to stay.

Our family loved the spacious, bright two bedroom layout! The furnishings are beautiful, and the beds are super comfy. The kitchen was well stocked and the water views from the balconies were a wonderful bonus. The amenities are fantastic, the restaurant is conveniently close, and the pool, gym, and sauna are great additions. The outdoor hot tub feels like a natural hot spring & the 12ac beach front resort allowed for coastal exploration. Tannis was a great host & very friendly. We’ll hope to stay here again in the future.

Bonnie’s place was great, it was clean, quiet and comfortable! The water pressure in the shower was amazing and the kitchen was very well stocked! Bonnie was friendly and communicative and ensured we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We would stay again.

A second great stay at Lilian's. It was spotlessly clean on arrival as always and we enjoyed the well stocked kitchen again. We even had dinner at the Pacific Moon Rising Restaurant on site this time and had a great meal. We will be back!

This condo was so great! I could live here. It had pretty much anything you could need for a short or long stay. The full kitchen was nice with the full size, 6 person table. There were several condiments, tea and coffee left in the kitchen to use. The bathrooms and beds were beautiful. Even the hide-a-bed was fairly comfortable. The pool, hot tub and gym were in a different building so we only used them once. The beach and walking path were right outside the door. The walk is definitely worth it, even if you don’t have a lot of time. Other than the shoreline, Nanoose Bay is within an hour of many hikes, waterfalls and hidden gems to explore. We didn’t find a bakery or grocery store within walking distance. The closest would be Parksville which is not far. But you do have to drive or set out for a long walk. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Thank you!

We loved staying at Jordyn’s place as we went to the Grotto Spa at the tigh na mara very near by. It was convenient to get to the water and close to many amenities. We would be happy to stay there again.

We loved our stay at Andrea’s place. It was extremely clean. The space had everything we needed even down to a bin of spare chargers! It was also very well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. It even had good coffee!!! The toys, books and board games were such a lovely touch and were so helpful for us entertaining our kids. I find traveling with children they aren’t always as welcomed but we certainly didn’t feel that during our stay here. We had the opportunity to request a high chair and pack and play (with a crib mattress). It was an easy walk to the beach and we very much enjoyed our time exploring what Parksville had to offer. It was April when we visited but the close proximity to the pool in the summer months would also be a hit. Andrea was very accommodating and we can’t wait to come back. I’d give her more stars if I could!

This was our second stay at an Airbnb in Nanoose Bay at the Pacific Shores resorts. Chelsea's place was top of the line. As described, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed and more. Comfortable for the 6 of us who stayed. We loved the location and lay out of the condo, and loved being able to utilize the resort amenities as well. We hope and plan to stay here again next year and for many more to come!
