The apartment as such is great, everything is clean without any exceptions, parking at the accommodation arranged right next to the house where the accommodation is located. Communication is fast and great. If I'm in the area, I'd definitely stay again

Felix was extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment is in a wonderful and walkable location. The apartment itself had a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a large modern bathroom, washer, and wonder patio that we thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again!

The flat is spacious and fitted with all we needed. Andreas’s communication and in house instructions are clear and covered all we needed to know. The underground parking was very convenient especially during bad weather. Thanks again Andreas for a pleasant week!

Imke's place was very comfortable and nice. She responded to inquiries right away, so there were no inconveniences. As pictured, the space was tidy and the view from the terrace was really great. There was a parking lot available for 2 hours right in front of the property, and it was very convenient because there was no time limit on weekends. We took the train to Oktoberfest and went to Central Station in 25 minutes without a transfer. There is a great restaurant on the first floor of the property. It was really nice to enjoy local beer and food. I recommend this place.

Alexander’s place was tastefully furnished and easy to find. It was good to have free parking and a lift to the 16th floor. A washing machine was also a plus and clothed dried easily out on the verandah on the clothes rack. Alexander was very quick to answer all our questions and was a great host.

I had a great stay here! The place was very clean and spacious, with clear and easy check-in instructions. The bed was extremely comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water for showers. The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed to cook meals during my stay. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

A wonderful apartment with an open vaulted ceiling that made everything very spacious. Very clean and spacious bathroom with a good sized shower. Beautiful and quiet accommodations in a beautiful neighborhood. The S7 train to downtown is about a 5 minute walk. A great place to stay if you are visiting Munich!

A wonderfully furnished apartment with everything needed. You could actually live your everyday life in it. There is plenty of space. Beds are very comfortable. Everything is functional and clean. The roof terrace invites you to linger and you can also relax in the apartment. A place to feel good.

We had a lovely vacation in Munich while staying at Fabian’s house. It is a lovely neighbourhood close to a river and within 15-20 mins walking distance of the old town. The neighbourhood is full of bakeries, cafes, bars and restaurants within 5-10 mins walking distance. Fabian was a great host. He was very quick in responding to our questions. In case we come back to Munich in the future, we will stay at Fabian’s apt, subject of course to availability.

Very nice new apartment. Extremely clean. Very high quality furnishings. We had been nearby for a family celebration, for us the location was optimal. Waltraud and her son are very nice and friendly. Next time, we will definitely want to stay there again.

The house is as it appears in the photos. Everything is very well cared for and the decoration is nice. The area is quiet, close to a supermarket and cafes, and a few minutes away from the highway by car. Spacious parking. Communication with the owner was very good and fast. I would go back. The kitchenware was somewhat scarce.

Great accommodation to simply escape the ordinary! We loved it, the apartment is beautifully decorated and offers everything you need for a weekend. Also the contact with Christine was great, we will be back! 😊

We had a very nice stay. The home was clean and the location is fantastic. Only downside during our stay was that the elevator was not operational and we had to lug our bags up five flights of stairs. Our host was very accommodating, however, and did help us bring everything up and we had no issues during our stay. Augsburg is a beautiful city and this was a beautiful home. We are so thankful they allow us to stay there.

Andrea was very welcoming and you definitely can see how much attention to detail she has put into every room. We liked the whole experience with whirlpool, terrace and the free Netflix. We would definitely recommend it anyone, who wants some fun and quiet time :))
