Genießt eine ruhige, entspannte Auszeit auf eurem eigenen Seegrundstück. Ihr wohnt in einem schönen Ferienhaus mit Seeblick und direktem Zugang zum Lübbesee, inkl. eigenem Steg. Es verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer und jeweils einem Bad auf jeder Etage. Im Wohnzimmer ist ein Kamin vorhanden, für eine kuschlige Zeit an kälteren Tagen. Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Beautiful house direct on the lake "Eibenstock" in the UNESCO World Heritage Erzgebirge. Completely furnished with a huge kitchen including all you need for cooking. A living room with a fantastic view over the mountains & the lake. The bath has a shower, bathtub, WC & bidet. The house has a big terrace and a garden with a lawn. It´s an ideal start for walking, bicycle or skiing tours in the beautiful Ore Mountains.
