Vacation rentals with beach access in Gerani

Fantastic stay! Alkis was very accommodating and quick to help. He organized cars for us, had recommendations and was all around a great host. The place was perfect for us and a perfect location just steps to the beach. We have little kids so a quick beach break worked famously for us. We debated staying in the old town but I’m extremely glad we didn’t. Highly recommend!!

Ottimo appartamento in zona tranquilla, ma ad un minuto a piedi dal mare e da una zona con molti locali affacciati sul mare. A 10 minuti dalla città vecchia. Appartamento con piccolo terrazzo con ottima vista mare (2 sedie e tavolino), piacevole soprattutto la sera e la mattina. Altro ampissimo terrazzo coperto con tenda, attrezzato anche con barbeque. L’appartamento si presenta bene con tutti i comfort. Pratico e piacevole il soggiorno. Host puntuale nelle risposte e nei suggerimenti. Molto apprezzato. Parcheggio per auto disponibile nelle vie limitrofe ma sempre a massimo 2 minuti dall’appartamento. Noi in 4 (due adulti e due bambini) siamo stati benissimo sfruttando poco del grande spazio a disposizione.

Ons verblijf bij dit appartement was top. Een fijne host met duidelijk en snelle communicatie. Niet alleen mogelijk om een eerdere check-in te krijgen, maar ook een fijne prive-parkeerplek met slagboom. Ook een betrokken host; tijdens ons verblijf was er sprake van een hevige aardbeving waarna we gelijk van de host een bericht kregen of alles goed met ons ging. Een paar dagen later hadden we een zandstorm waardoor er geen waterdruk meer was. Na een kort bericht reageerde hij snel en kwam met oplossingen. Appartement is goed verzorgd, netjes en modern ingericht. Locatie is top, dicht bij gezellige restaurants, cafe, strand en supermarkt. Op loopafstand van het oude centrum.

First off, we enjoyed being so close to the beach and restaurants in Rethymnon and the property was perfectly located. Fotis added a lot of links for parking, places to eat and even the best beaches. He was super helpful. While we did have a minor issue with hot water, Fotis did immediately respond and resolved the problem. He even generously offered to extend our stay so we could have more time to shower. Fotis is proactive and truly committed to making your stay enjoyable. We we only stayed one night, I would recommend his place to anyone planning to visit Rethymnon who enjoys a nice view of the beach and is looking for a convenient and clean place to stay.

our stay way great! The place was spotless, the hostess was friendly and showed us around, the description of the apartment was exactly as described. From our apartment 5 we could even see the Sea which was a nice extra.

We had a fantastic family holiday at Dimitris place. Very easy communication and self check in. The apartment is a lovely space, well set out and private space overlooking the marina. Just a short walk to the nearest beach, restaurants and bars. Hania Old Town is just a short stoll down the sea front. Denitris had bikes there also we could use if required. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending the apartment and Chania to all. Many thanks Dimitris 😎👌

Sehr schoenes Appartement mit einer grossen Terasse. Sehr ruhig und zentral. Ich wuerde es jederzeit wieder buchen.

I spent 5 nights here with my mother and 10 year old daughter, and I have not one negative comment…the house is better than pictures! The beautiful gardens give it a feel like being in a movie, and there is beautiful beach literally a few steps outside the house. There is lots of great restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. We rented a car, but if you plan to just relax and stay close by, you don’t need one. There is also a bus that you jump on to take you to Old Chania. This place is perfect for families with young and older children. And it’s so comfortable you will not want to leave. Natalia, is so kind and sweet, and is near by should you need anything.

Me and my boyfriend spent 5 nights here, the host and her husband were absolutely lovely, Katerina waited for us on check in and gave us recommendations of the local area and chania city and had prepared us a greek salad with organic veg, which was delicious! Aswell as a bottle of her husbands wine. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The beach was a few minutes walk away and there was loads of lovely walks local. It was about 20 min walk to Chania, another 20 to the center. The local area was quiet but still had everything we needed in a short walk, like supermarkets and restaurants. The hot tub was lovely and relaxing to use in the evenings too. The garden has beautiful sun in the mornings which we always enjoyed on the loungers, one morning Dennis even came down and gave us a traditional pancake like dish with feta and honey which was extremely thoughtful. Overall we had a fantastic stay here and the hosts really made it special for us. Thank you so much!

Une charmante petite maison avec vue sur la mer ! Un petit endroit tranquille pour visiter le nord ouest de l’île. Nous avons bénéficié d’excellents conseils de visites et de restaurants. La maison est à quelques minutes en voiture d’un grand supermarché. Nous recommandons fortement !

Sea Star is without a doubt one of the most amazing airbnbs we have ever stayed in !! Perched above the Mediterranean Sea with incredible views and the sound of the gently lapping waves, it invites you to forget the world, relax and enjoy the peace. Swimming and snorkeling out the front in the crystal clear water, was a highlight. It is small but ideal for 3 people. It has a FULLY equipped kitchen and a multitude of beautifully and thoughtfully landscaped outdoor spaces- for dining, a bbq, laying in a hammock or reading a book. It is immaculately clean and every detail for enhancing their guests stay has been considered, including beach towels, water boots, goggles, snorkels & flippers. Welcome gifts from Manolis and his Mother exceeded our expectations. Manolis is an engaged host, generous and interesting. We appreciated hearing the story of his house and its reinvention. This is a special place to experience Crete and Cretan hospitality. We could have stayed here FOREVER !!

We had a glorious two weeks at Niko's place. For the first time at AirBNB it felt like we're were guests at a friends home. All of the promised essentials were provided in generous quantities - Niko's home grown fruit and veg were a particular treat and provided in such generous quantities that we couldn't eat them all. The place is simple but with all the equipment that you could need. The terrace a delight to enjoy the sun and the bathing spot a treat. Niko has landscaped a most wonderful extended garden which made the whole property just beautiful!

Die Unterkunft von Heike war super gepflegt und hatte alles was das Herz begehrte. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und unsere Zeit sehr genossen! Heike war auch beim Tag unserer Anreise vor Ort und hat uns persönlich viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und uns alles nötige erklärt. Sie war auch jederzeit schnell für uns erreichbar. Utensilien fürs Grillen von Fleisch und Fisch waren auch vollständig vorhanden. Die umliegenden Kleinstädte mit zahlreichen Lokalitäten sind mit dem Auto schnell und leicht zu erreichen. Wer sportlich ist, schafft es auch zu Fuß :) . Aber auch zu Hause kann man die Seele gut baumeln lassen, entweder in einer Hängematte oder einer Liege.

Our stay in the apartment was perfect. The place was clean and had all the amenities listed online. We were able to park near the apartment which meant we could explore all of the local beaches and visit the old town. The apartment was located 10m from the beach, ideal for a early morning swim. We would love to stay at Georgia's place again :)

Argyri and her husband were the best hosts I've ever stayed with, and the apartment was absolutely flawless: excellent location, close to the old city, restaurants and the beach The apartment had absolutely all the facilities: there was nothing we needed and not exist in the home. Furnished modernly and with great taste, the apartment is bright and welcoming, with a large terrace where you can drink coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The hosts welcomed us with a cake, with fruits, wine and juices in the fridge, and upon departure they gave us local honey. Very friendly, they spent time with us and explained to us the best places to eat, what to visit around the city and in the city. it was everything I could have wished for and I can't wait to come back for a much longer period with my daughter. Loved our stay here! The location is great. There is a view of the water and it’s very close walking distance to old town. Parking was really very close. It was usually pretty full, but we always found a spot.

Chrisi ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin! Sie war jederzeit hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt und freundlich . Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Ausflüge , aber auch perfekt zum Strand um die Ecke. Dazu ist alles vorhanden , was man zum Leben braucht und es gibt sogar eine kleine Flasche Raki im Kühlschrank zur Begrüßung. Wir werden wieder mal hierher kommen!! Brigitte und Peter

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren 12-tägigen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist toll - nur ein paar Meter vom Strand entfernt und trotzdem 15 Minuten bis zur Altstadt. Einchecken mit schlüsselbox und Beschreibung war super einfach. Der Gastgeber hat immer extrem schnell geantwortet. Und ich meine wirklich schnell- ich habe nie länger als ein paar Minuten auf eine Reaktion gewartet. Er hat mir mit allen Fragen und Anliegen geholfen und mir sogar einem Regenschirm ausgeliehen und eine Yogamatte für meine Zeit besorgt. Wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und immer zur stelle! Die Wohnung ist gemütlich. Das Bett ist sehr bequem (das finde ich immer wichtig!). Das Sofa ist schon etwas durchgesessen - aber es hat mich nicht gestört. Die Küche ist ganz gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen richtigen Herd, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle (die ich aber nicht benutz habe). Der Balkon ist groß und man hat morgens bis zum frühen Nachmittag sonne. Auf dem 2. Balkon gibts auch noch eine Waschmaschine!

What a great spacious apartment and even better location,.. and with a panoramic sea view from the spacious balcony/terrace. What more do you need? And chose Kalamaki over Matala (just visit) if you want to relax.

Loved the huge deck. Across street from beautiful beach where you could rent chairs and an umbrella and order food and drink. Walk to dozens of all kinds of different restaurants right on the “the strip” and in the old town.

Eftychia est une hôte exceptionnelle, très accueillante. Elle avait prévu plein de gentilles attentions. L'appartement est beau et très propre. Le secteur est très bien, tout près de la vielle ville à pied. Je le recommande!
