Vacation rentals with a home theater in George Town

I had a wonderful stay at Hakuna Matata! The place is clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything I needed — a kitchen for cooking, a washer with laundry detergent provided, and a very comfortable bed that made for restful nights. There’s also a water dispenser, so we didn’t have to worry about buying bottled water, which was a great convenience. The view from the place is beautiful and adds a peaceful vibe. It’s also in a great location — close to areas with lots of delicious food options and near popular tourist spots, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. Highly recommended!!!

Comfortable and clean apartment. I like it because all rooms including living hall has an aircond. The unit has a lot of beds which is very convenient for big families. They did provide shower gel, shampoo and towels. The cons is the unit does not have any yard or balcony to hang dry your clothes. They did provide washing machine but no dryer. They also provide a kettle but no water dispenser or mineral water so bear in mind to prepare your own mineral water. Overall i will recommend the unit to my family and friends.

Great location and apartment facilities

Place was clean and neat, great for those who are looking for a place to stay in Penang. Also easily accessible via e-hailing app.

Nice place and checking in instruction is easy to follow. Luckily the car park was on the 3rd floor. Since this apartment have 42 floors i am sure the parking can go as high 10 floors. Rooms are comfortable. Shower are good. Clean unit. Thank you 😊

The host is very kind in allowing us to check in to the apartment earlier despite some unforseen circumstances. The electrical appliances provided are adequent and useful, for example, the water dispenser which saves us the time to boil water. They also provide extra pillow and hangers in the bedroom. the host is very quick in responding our messages when we informed of some defacts and even assure us that they will get it repair soon although it didnt affect us too much.

Kamla war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Durch ihre entspannte, herzliche und offene Art habe mich bei ihr sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Sie konnte mir viele Empfehlungen zur Umgebung aussprechen und ist auf jede Frage und jedes Anliegen eingegangen. Jederzeit bin ich wieder gerne bei ihr auf Penang.

All in all the surrounding and amenities of the house are great. The cons is only both toilets floor trap clogged when taking shower.

Our short vacation in Penang was memorable and fun. When we checked in at Peddey's house we were impressed with the house, small yet so cosy and felt at home. The house can accommodate all the 6 of us just nicely and we had peaceful nights after our JJCM in Penang. Thanks Peddey. Will surely come again and book your homestay the next time. Highly recommend !

Very nice place, it can easily fit in 10 people, quite worth the price. The house is well equipped, feel just like home. Will definitely choose again, when have friends come to BM.

This is my second time staying in this house! I can say Iven is really a great host! He is helpful and friendly. I have had a really bad experience with other host but he was willing to help out. Overall the stay was so comfy. My family, my colleagues all of us like it very much! Will definitely come back. If you have a big group, I can say it’s a gem!

Beautiful view from the apartment. Central location, easy car parking and very responsive from host. We arrived early well before check-in time but the host accommodated by letting us drop our luggage. Recommended for couples or small families.

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed. Communication was smooth and prompt, and they were always available to answer any questions or provide helpful recommendations about the area. Their warm hospitality truly made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Nice location and good host

Everything good. The host also friendly, clear instruction from booking until check out. The house very clean and tidy. Recommended for big family staycation.

Generally the apartment is good. Location around 10min away by cab from the old Georgetown places. Only gripe is that during peak season, having only 4 lifts to serve 40+ levels of residents means having to wait quite a bit for lift during peak hours. Host is quite friendly and accommodating though, so no complaints
