Rodrigo is one of the best hosts I've had in using Airbnb for well over 10 years. He even gave us a ride from/to the bus/train station! The place is located next to a really nice area of the city, which is full of cute shops, restaurants, and overall fun to hang out in. It's also a fairly short walk from the ocean. The place itself met our expectations & already has a washer. It's clear a lot of care went into decorating the interior.

Ideal apartment for a person who wants a short stay in Mardel. The best location, it has everything nearby, warehouse, laundry, kiosk, greenery, up to a wester union! A metros De Olavarría and 1 block from Güemes, all means of transport available. Hosts always attentive to needs. Thank you so much.

We stayed in Rocío's apartment for a few days as a family (my wife, our two children and I) and it was an excellent experience. From the first moment, Rocío was very helpful and kind, always available to answer our questions. The apartment was impeccable, just as seen in the photos: clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is very good, close to everything, but in a quiet area, ideal for resting. My kids felt right at home and so did we. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Rocío for everything!

We arrived on March 11th at the apartment. Super comfortable, with a wonderful view of the sea, we could see the lunar eclipse and every sunrise, unique and unrepeatable. Everything works very well. Very comfortable mattresses. Ornella is very nice, attentive and quick to answer. We'd go back.

The accommodation is as shown in the ad. Clean, tidy, with everything you need to spend a few good vacation days. Melisa is very kind, she was ready when we had a problem and we were able to solve it quickly. We'll keep it in mind for another opportunity to rest for a few days

It's a nice apartment to enjoy in Mardel. Damian is always attentive and in favor of the comfort of us. It was a great weekend.

The apartment is very nice, spacious, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, very clean, everything and very well maintained. The most remarkable thing is its owner Emilia, excellent, highly recommended to return… I hope to return soon and the area is the best in Mar del Plata

The apartment is excellent and has a wonderful view! It has two bathrooms with a shower and is ideal for a stay of up to 4 people. Just for caution, the entrance to the parking lot is small, so if you have a very large car check the measures before with Noemí. Noemi is great, she responds on time and everything is 10. We would go back without hesitation!

This place is amazing! The view is breathtaking, they are so friendly at the front desk. (Especially Frederico) they made me feel right at home, even though I did not speak Spanish they helped me understand everything and accommodated me with parking in the building. The view from the rooftop pool is absolutely amazing! The price for this place is minimal compared to the value that you receive. 10/10 will stay here again.

Everything was excellent! The house is very nice and exactly what you see in the photos, the area is quiet and safe, very recommended!

The apartment is nicer than the photos , the views are incredible , you don't want to leave the apartment. The building and the amenities are all clean and complete. The only thing against is the garage that is half tedious to enter and exit with the car (which I had been informed by Lorena before) Regarding communication with Lorena, it was excellent , not only allowed us to enter before 3:00 pm for check-in but also allowed us to stay the last day until later to be able to enjoy the day , which is really appreciated. Departamento was Spectacular and totally clean. Couldn't be better Every detail and comfort is inexplicable. The view is Prescious especially at night, the lighting of the Water Tower gives it a unique detail. Thank you very much for Hosting. It was one of the best Airbnbs my family and I have stayed.

The place is very close to the beach and the cliffs, it is quiet. We were greeted by Pablo, very kind. He recommended us several places to go and was very attentive all the time. As shown in the pictures, the cabin has a spacious room and you can see the sea.

Excellent José as a host, very attentive, friendly and considerate. He was flexible on both check-in and check-out times. I would stay again in the Dpto since it is comfortable and with a beautiful view.

Very nice apartment facing the coast, lots of light and a large window with a wide ocean view. Jorge is an excellent host. The location is far from downtown and on Camet Avenue, which is very busy.

Our stay was pleasant, we will definitely be back!! The apartment is just like the photos, it was fully equipped. It's in front of the beach, the location is ideal, we found good restaurants. Luciano was very friendly and kept in touch with us.

It's a very nice and clean apartment, we were very surprised by the way we entered and the instructions were clear. We touched a bit cold inentro but it has heaters, it is well equipped. The only "but" that I would put would be that there was a lot of insistence on clarifying that the apartment was for 2 people, when I had already commented from the beginning in the request that we were coming from honeymoon, it felt like they were distrusting us but good. We thank Silvia and Monica for the beautiful stay we had and their immense kindness. The apartment is very comfortable; the view of the sea is spectacular, both from the living room and from the main bedrooms. It is fully equipped, even with thoughtful details such as táperes and board games, and the heating works great. Also, we were able to easily coordinate an earlier check in. It is also important to highlight the location, as it is close (less than five blocks) to supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. We will definitely be back!
