Beautiful detached guest house (located in the back of our garden) with veranda and views of the meadows, within walking distance of Amersfoort city center, with public transportation in front of the door. Free up to 2 parking spaces on site. Can be booked for 1 to 4 people. Sleeping is possible on two single beds (80x200) on the loft and a luxurious double sofa bed (160x200) with full mattress. Beautiful cycling and hiking possibilities and the beautiful Amersfoort within walking distance.

Though the owner is nearby, you'll have complete privacy. Cuddling with the dog is very much appreciated by her!

The house is situated at the waterfront of a lake with clear water to swim and do other watersports. It has a roof terrace with a wide view over the lake, to enjoy the sun and a BBQ. From this great and healthy place you can visit the dynamic cities as Amsterdam, Utrecht and Rotterdam or Almere with his modern architecture and lay out for separate cycle paths and parks.

Een bijzondere overnachtingsplek op een unieke locatie in het bos. Woeste Hoogte in Groesbeek ligt verscholen onder de bomen met weids zicht. 's Nachts zie je de sterrenhemel door de dakramen. Geniet van je eigen stukje bos met kampvuurplek en hangmat waar je wordt ondergedompeld in de natuur. Hier moet je eens geslapen hebben! In de omgeving kun je prachtig wandelen, over de Mookerheide en de Jansberg. Nijmegen centrum ligt op 20 min rijden of fietsen.

Welcome to our beautiful private holiday home, which is only a 10-minute walk from the Veluwe. The house sleeps 8 people and features 2 luxury double beds, 4 single beds, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The living room consists of a sitting area, smart TV, fiber optic WiFi, and a wood-burning stove (but also underfloor heating). The kitchen is fully equipped. Optionally bookable: *wood-fired sauna(€50) and hot tub(€150) incl. wood and per weekend.

In the middle of all hiking trails and bike paths, you will find this unique location on the Nieuwe Hollandse Waterlinie. A 1950s converted caravan with a wood-burning stove outside on the water. You can use a sanitary unit with shower, sink, and toilet. The caravan has power and a heater for the cold nights.
