Alison is very kind and accommodating. Centrally located in the idyllic village center, the accommodation is clean and cozy. We would book with Alison again at any time without hesitation. Highly recommend.

We felt very comfortable in the very spacious old forest house. It was all tip top, no unnecessary frills. Karl always proactively informed us in advance, even though he was traveling, and we were even allowed to enter the accommodation earlier. Karl and his wife were also always available. We would come back any time and can highly recommend Burgwindheim and there especially the old forest house.

A cute apartment in a historic city gate, with everything you could use for a few days. The contact with Elke was very friendly and she gave us some nice recommendations. The bathroom situation takes some getting used to, but can be clearly seen in the pictures and in the description, as well as that there is no heating ( radiant heaters are available). Everything as described. Within walking distance are bakers, restaurants, a pharmacy, a train station and supermarkets. And many more great and pretty buildings.

The place corresponded exactly to the pictures and was modern and tastefully decorated. I was particularly impressed by the sparkling clean outdoor kitchen and everything else was very clean. It's hard to believe that this stylish place was once a barn! The hosts were extremely friendly, eager and available at all times, even by mobile phone. There's really nothing to fault. The surroundings were wonderfully quiet and perfect to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you are looking for a little adventure this is the ideal place! I highly recommend this place and hope to come back soon! Thank you

We totally enjoyed our honeymoon in the enchanting chalet. If you need a real wellness break in the middle of nature, be sure to spend a few days there. Hot tub, sauna and co. invite you to relax. Everything was lovingly prepared and really worth a photo of every corner. In addition, there were a few small things for us like sparkling wine, coffee, tea, etc. so you could feel right at home! We will be happy to come back!

An absolute dream. The tiny house has been so lovingly prepared with so many details - we felt right at home. There's something to discover everywhere and you can feel this is a project of heart. Communication was great, the directions, parking & check-in instructions were very helpful. Gabi even came by personally with firewood. We had a perfect (and much too short) stay and there could not have been a better place than to celebrate a birthday in front of the wood-burning stove ♥ Thank you for everything.

A very nice, modern apartment with everything you need. Super clean, well equipped and we especially liked the underfloor heating. We'd love to come back!

We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend. The stairs were a little steep so be aware, but it’s worth it for such a unique place to stay. I’d highly recommend taking advantage of the breakfast the next morning, it’s very fairly priced and the food was delicious. Would absolutely stay again!
