Lovely apartment literally right on the beach, I was able to fall asleep listening to the waves crashing on the sand, that alone was worth the price! Host was very flexible and kind, offering me a good price for a 2 week stay. Only negative experience I had was the lack of a proper bathroom (it's a traditional shower where you stand on the floor next to the toilet to shower) and the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift - if you are disabled or have young children access will be difficult. Great apartment once you're inside, spacious, quiet and very well equipped with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay - would recommend 👍

We had a fantastic stay at Dimitris' place! The apartment is beautiful, super clean, and perfectly located in the charming Upper Town – a real highlight of Thessaloniki. Dimitris was a great host, very friendly and always ready with the best local tips for restaurants and sights. We loved the neighborhood, the food, and the atmosphere – everything was just perfect. Το διαμέρισμα φαινόταν ωραίο από τις φωτογραφίες, αλλά όταν φτάσαμε πάθαμε σοκ!!! Ήταν όλα τέλεια, φοβερή διακόσμηση σε όλο το σπίτι, το παιδικό δωμάτιο ήταν καταπληκτικό με ποιοτικά παιχνίδια και έπιπλα. Εξοπλισμός για τα πάντα και όλες τις ανάγκες μιας οικογένειας. Σπάνια πετυχαίνεις ένα τέτοιο σπίτι. Η Σόφη ήταν φιλική, άμεση και πολύ πρόθυμη στη φιλοξενία. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ. Το ευχαριστήθηκαν παρά πολύ τα παιδάκια μας αλλά και εμείς φυσικά.

Armin ist ein toller Gastgeber. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt ,das Apartment liegt so wie beschrieben, sehr zentral. Bei Problemen hat uns Armin sofort geholfen. Einfach super .Armin als Gastgeber kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

Αψογη φιλοξενια και επικοινωνια με την οικοδεσποινα. Λεπτομερεστατες οδηγιες χρησης του σπιτιου και ολα τα παρελκομενα. Το σπιτι σε εξαιρετικη κατασταση απο ολες τις αποψεις. Πολυ ανετα κρεβατια, καναπεδες, μπανιο και απιστευτη καθαριοτητα. Οποτε παω Θεσσαλονικη δεν παιζει να παω να μεινω πουθενα αλλου εκτος απο τη Ria!

Marianna's place felt like home. Me and my family were looking through reviews, and after our stay we can guarantee it is way better in person. Marianna was always available, great communication. Staying at Marianna's felt like being home. There is a parking garage in the building. We got a card, which allowed us to go in and out of the garage when we wanted. In walking distance, right across the main street, there are tons of restaurants with great food. 100% recommended. We will definitely stay here again.

Die Unterkunft sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Omiros hat immer auf Nachrichten freundlich und zuvorkommend geantwortet. In der Gegend ist alles was man braucht wie Supermärkte, Cafés, Restaurants und so weiter. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt.

Good location in a city center, direct bus from airport, with a lot of breakfast/coffee shops nearby Clean brand new apts, with 1.5 bathrooms which is important for 3 persons. Hot water and air all the time, with no issues. Really appreciate an Earlier check which saved a plenty of time for me, thank you! Recommend

Dimitrios was an absolutely lovely host! Anything we asked he answered within a few minutes. The house was lovely, spacious, quiet and just what our family of 4 were after. We had a wonderful time in this spotless clean apartment. It is perfect for families, spacious, with all necessities, and free parking for two cars onsite. Location is ideal - 2-minutes walking distance to the beach street with all the bars and taverns. Very friendly and responsive host. We will definitely come again.
