Now, we finally rent out our newly renovated (ready 2022) unique farmhouse of 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave,coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4a. The bathroom farmhouse gem, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs there is the bedroom, 160 bed, a small sofa and armchair as well as swivel smart TV. The farmhouse is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

Welcome to our beloved turn-of-the-century villa – a unique combination of historical charm and modern comfort, located in a quiet neighborhood in central Gävle. There is room for families, friends and larger groups who want to hang out, relax and experience the city together. Lovely architect-designed garden with lots of flowers, lounge group, dining area and sun deck. On the property, there is a trampoline, sandbox, swing and slide. Large driveway for cars, making it easy no matter how you travel.

Huset ligger i ett lugnt och trivsamt område i naturen. Det är byggt på femtiotalet, men sedan dess renoverat och delvist moderniserat. För de som uppskattar enkla förhållanden i autentisk miljö, är huset en plats med ro. Fyra enkelsängar finns, två i huset, och två i gäststugan. Observera att WC (torrtoalett) och dusch med varmvatten, ligger i gäststugan. Det är ett ställe väl anpassat till att vara i kontakt med naturen, utöva motion, vila och finna ro.

Nice rural old farmhouse villa of older model farm in Hedesunda, 3.7 miles south of Gävle 4 bedrooms with 6 beds (plus a couple of them are mattresses on the floor) there is also access to a crib if you wish Kitchen with fridge, pantry, wood stove, real stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and porcelain. Toilet with shower/bathtub of older model And a spare toilet upstairs Access to patio and garden furniture.
