Located in the heart of Bordeaux, on the top floor of a former cloister, I rent my quiet, bright 2 bedroom apartment with views of the rooftops of Saint-Michel. Capuchin Market is a 10-minute walk. Victor Hugo parking lot 150 m away. nearby shops: seamstress, pharmacy, grocery, Carrefour... The apartment is my primary residence, so it is fully equipped (TV, washing machine, Wi-Fi, Netflix, coffee maker, board games) Check-in possible from 4pm. Hand-delivery of keys.

Its covered balcony, will allow you to enjoy an unobstructed view, in summer and winter. Tram C, located right in front of the building, takes you to downtown Bordeaux in just 15 minutes. The apartment is located in the Belcier district. St Jean train station is a 5-minute walk, tram lines C and D are available at the Belcier stop located 3 minutes down from the residence. On foot, the Capuchin market is 15 minutes away and the city center is 30 minutes away
