(price not included) The studio apartment is 100% unique. You will be hard pressed to find anything comparable in Cape Town. The interiors have been designed by one of Cape Town's top interior designers. The brief was to " create a boutique hotel feel " instead of a typical studio apartment. All finishes are brand new and the workmanship is tops. The king size extra length bed with its luxurious mattress guarantees restful quality sleep. The well fitted kitchen has all you need from induction hob and N'esspresso machine with milk frother for those perfect cappuccino's. The balcony has two comfy chairs for just chilling before the day starts or for when you get back after the beach or shopping. Cape Town and all it has to offers is on your door step. The night club/ restaurant scene is all within walking distance. Camps Bay and Clifton beaches a mere 10 minute Uber ride. Location with comfort! Our flat is totally secure within a 24 hours CCTV monitored security. The entrance is manned 24 hrs and on arrival guest will collect keys from a lock box after security allows access. Please be sure to muddle up the combination numbers after collecting the keys and please return the keys to the lock (EMAIL HIDDEN)plimentary wifi is available for guests. Guest will have access to laundry (washing and drying) on the premises. A swimming pool within the gardens of the block is also secure with a fence around the pool for small children. Before arrival the guest will be sent information on how to access the lock box to collect the keys. After clearing security accessing the flat is simple as well as logging on to the wifi. My wife, Andrea runs a DMC (Destination Management Company). Andrea is able to advise you on where to go, transport requirements , best restaurants, beaches, in fact anything you need help with, need only be asked for and we will do our best to accomodate you. The neighbourhood is safe and the apartment is situated within Cape Town's Gardens area. Kloof St/Long Street are a three-minute walk away. Several restaurants, art galleries, spas for relaxation, and wonderful shopping options are close by. Walking through Cape Town, renting a bicycle or catching an Uber for the late night parties or romantic dinners is the best way to get around Cape Town. The Red City Bus ( London style double decker with open top) will pick you up a mere 10 m from the apartment and whisk you off around the peninsula. Get on and off as you please to visit the many top tourist attractions. My Citi bus is also available its clean and its safe and get you to the beach and back with no hassle looking for parking. If a wine tour is on your to-do list then speak to Andrea as she will put together a terrific tour with a driver ( drinking and driving is not a good idea as frequent road blocks could get you into trouble). Cape Town is experiencing a severe drought and residents and visitors must comply with level 6b water restrictions. All guest can only use 50 litres per person per day. We are very fortunate that the apartment has access to ground water and will not be effected if Cape Town reaches day zero.

Simplicity and Comfort in a Beautiful Old Building

Seek sanctuary in the beauty of this old Victorian-style building that's the ideal place to quietly unwind. The balcony doors open up for plenty of light and fresh air from the garden. The 2 single beds in one of the bedrooms can be converted to a King size bed for a second couple or kept separate. Guests will sign in with security at the gate. I'll be staying in my painting studio which is not far away and I will be available at all times to assist. Long Street and the surrounding neighbourhood has an amazing collection of restaurants, bars, and cafes. All essentials are within walking distance, including supermarkets and pharmacies. The apartment has it's own garage to park your hire car and it is within 100m of where taxis congregate waiting for fares. For short stays, a house keeper will come in before check in and at check out. For longer stays, she will come in a couple of times a week (after 11am; Mon & Thurs); there is no additional cost, the extra cleaning just helps to keep things manageable. She will be available to do your washing & ironing if you request it. Note on the parking garage: The lock-up garage was designed for normal sedan size vehicles and will, unfortunately, not accommodate large 4WD's and panel vans. For guests that are going to be using a larger vehicle, there is a shopping center up the road that has overnight parking available (R100/night)

This is a wonderful open spaced apartment with plenty of light as one can watch the sun rise from one side and set between Table Mountain and Lion's Head on the other. It is 152 square meter space which is great for relaxation after exploring this glorious city and surroundings. With the keys you get access tags which you can use to go upstairs to the communal pool and roof top of the building. This space is strictly reserved for people with tags. You also use the tags to enter and exit the building either by the front entrance or via the garage. I am certainly on hand if anyone needs me. I have many recommendations which I leave once a booking has been confirmed. Everyone's needs are different so one needs only ask. This is the urban area of Cape Town and it is starting to buzz. There are new and funky places popping up all the time. Many sights are within walking distance including the Company Gardens, the Houses of Parliament, national museums, and galleries. Public transport, busses etc are available close by.

The kitchen area features a modern design with a gas hob and stainless steel appliances. A dining table is set for four, surrounded by leafy patterned chairs. Natural light streams through large windows, illuminating the open-plan space adorned with greenery-themed wallpaper.

Wow, we adored our stay here! Camp's Bay is so gorgeous and our view from the flat was amazing. We really appreciated the modern, clean decor and the (piping hot!) showers. The Smart TV was a big plus after a long day of exploring, as was the convenient free parking. Our hosts were so lovely, allowing us to check-in early and to store our bags after checkout. We really loved their food recommendations as well! All in all, between the views, the location and the comfort, this was a great stay - highly recommend!

Petra’s place is absolutely magical! The pictures don’t even do it justice! The views from the balcony are spectacular and the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks below is so relaxing! The apartment had everything we needed. We had to work in the day and the internet was good and desk setup was really useful! Petra was an excellent host and always responded extremely promptly to any questions, check in and check out were a a breeze! We will definitely be returning to Petra’s place in the future! :)

Zugegeben - die Fotos im Inserat sehen zu schön aus, um wahr zu sein, aber wenn man im dem Apartment ist, dann ist alles noch viel besser !!! Dieser unfassbar atemberaubende Blick auf den Tafelberg und die Bucht - man möchte die Wohnung eigentlich kaum wieder verlassen. Das wäre aber auch schade, denn der nahe Strand lädt zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen ein und fussläufig sind verschiedenste Restaurant und Bars erreichbar. Das Apartment selbst ist funktional, schlau und schön eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Die Qualität der Matratzen gewährleistet einen erholsamen Schlaf nach intensiven Urlaubstagen. Das Mietauto kann sicher auf dem Gelände geparkt werden. Kurzum: ich war vier Tage dort und hätte noch sehr gerne einige Tage drangehängt, aber leider war der Urlaub dann zu Ende. Was für ein grandioser Abschluss des Urlaubs! Vielen Dank, Liz !!!

Idyllic V&A Waterfront Apartment

Ciska was always prompt in responding to any emails we sent prior to arriving in Cape Town. We had lots of information from her on what we needed to do to make our arrival as seamless as possible. From recommendations for airport shuttles to car rentals she was always available for us. No shortage to local recommendations for tours and accommodations in Stellenbosch Mona checked us in and stayed back long enough to answer any query we had. The apartment booklet had tons of recommendations too for local restaurants and farmers markets. The best part of the apartment was its location. Within an easy walking distance to the V&A Waterfront, and totally safe to walk back Kate at night. Ample parking and car rental a 10 min walk away. Easy access to all major highways leading out of the City. The best part was how quiet the apartment was. With a beautiful deck to sit out on and enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine ! Thank you Ciska for a wonderful stay. Hope to be back some day!

Susan’s place is even better than imagined. It has a unique view of Clifton’s bay, very safe and private with 24/7 security. The decor is very charming and you feel right at home. Everything was clean, smelled great, bed and linen were comfortable. The kitchen has a lot of amenities and perfect to cook. Susan’s daughter Inge is very friendly and helpful. If you’re reading this review, it means you’re considering this rental. If this beach-front property is available, don’t waste any more time and simply rent it! My wife and I have rented AirBnB properties around the world and this rental was spectacular. One of the best places, if not the best place, we’ve ever rented. Mary-Louise is a very responsive host, her place is spotless clean, large with 2 bedrooms and has a multi-million dollar view. Only steps away from the ocean, falling asleep to the ocean was so relaxing and the only thing we wish was to have been able to stay longer than just 3 nights. My work colleagues was raised in Cape Town and recommended Camps Bay over the V&A area and we were so happy we listened to him and stayed on Glen Beach. Thanks so much Mary-Louise for an amazing stay!!!!! Should we ever return to Cape Town, we will definitely be a repeat guest.

My husband and I had truly a great stay. The apartment was central and we had ocean view. Once a week we had a complimentary cleaning of the apartment and change of towels and linen. Both Linnea and her husband were quick to answer our messages and were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back!

We absolutely loved our stay atTiago‘s place. The apartment is beautiful, clean and has everything you need. The location is just the best, the beach is across the street and the restaurants a few steps away ! Tiago is super responsive and regularly checked in to make sure that all was well. I can highly recommend this place.
