It's clean and good for staying!

The area around the accommodation was like a village vacation, and it was nice, and the convenience store was close, and there were a lot of towels, and there were a lot of blankets and pillows, and it was the best..👍🏻

We stayed for a month in Korea in Dec / Jan. Emma's place was perfect for this trip! Not only was the place in a great location, but it was such a lovely home with lots of natural lighting. Emma is also a super responsive host. When I go back to Korea, I will definitely stay again at this place.

You couldn't have a better place like this: perfect and centric location with superb transport connections to the city and to Incheon Airport which is very far from the city center. The place is also super cosy with all the amenities you need for a great stay. Jake is also an amazing host that cares for your stay to be as smooth as possible. Very friendly and responsive host. Place is convenient and walkable to alot of amenities e.g restaurants (even halal ones which is abt 10-15mins walk), shops, supermarkets etc. Do refer to the guidebook for easy reference in self-checking in/out, waste/food disposal etc.

Gaya, very much thank you for the perfect korea holiday as he was so helpful on everything. Transport, Food, deliveries, places. you name it he got it. Moon was a very very perfect tour guide as well, friendly, helpful, making sure everyone was looked after. If anyone travelling to Korea, just look for gaya or Coze group and you will have a hassle free holiday despite having elders or babies. Very much highly recommended to stay with Coze vacation rentals.

Seongsu Haven was my all time favorite stay in Seoul. I had the best time having this place like home away from home. It’s in the most ideal location right by a subway exit. The condo is extremely comfortable and spacious. I can’t wait to be back and stay here again.

I stayed for a while because of my company commuting to work, and I was satisfied. Thank you for securing the parking space and taking care of us so much. I rested well at the accommodation after work in a quiet and comfortable atmosphere.

Could not have loved the place more. Super convenient, yet private. The host her is so lovely, she waited for us to show us around the place when we checked in, making an espresso for us and teaching us how to use the washing machine. She even agreed to see me once more so I could pick up a ring I had left behind

I stayed for a long time because of the house construction, but it was quite pleasant and comfortable. The room was small, but it was nice that it was separated, and the windows were large, so it wasn't stuffy. If you mention the location, it's nagging ~ I liked it much better than the nearby multi-story accommodation ~

Four people went to a reunion and stayed at the Gomstay accommodation. It's really quiet and we were comfortable with each other I think we came back after talking and having fun It was very good. The location is a bit difficult without a vehicle, but other than that I don't think there's anything that's going to be a problem! I made a lot of memories in a quiet and peaceful place! It was my first time on Airbnb, so there was a lot I didn't know. There were a lot of questions and requests, but I liked that they responded kindly and clearly and proactively, so I felt cared for. The room is also clean and in a convenient location to use.

It was quite close to the subway station, so the accessibility was good, and it was just as clean and cozy as the pictures! Thanks to you, I had a warm and comfortable stay:)!

A lot less expensive than a hotel on the road next to a lot of small drawbacks that are noisy with cars

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here so much. It felt immediately like home when we arrived. Everything was so clean and well prepared, like coming to stay at a second home. The hosts were extremely responsive and to our surprise, cleaned the home daily for us. There are two grocery stores less than 3 min walk, so it was very convenient to make light meals. The building is very safe and peaceful. If we visit again, especially for a longer stay, we will definitely book here again!

I asked the host a lot of questions, and he answered them very quickly and was very kind. The location of the accommodation is really good, and there are many restaurants around, so I had a very comfortable rest and played for 4 days. Highly recommended!
