Antonio is a fantastic host. Super responsive and very helpful especially with recommendations for local walks and for helping with animal health certificate requirements for returning to the UK. The house was big enough for the 11 of us and there was plenty for all of us to do for the whole week we were there. Any issues we had were resolved incredibly quickly by Antonio. Just a short walk from the house is a lovely little cafe that sells baguettes, coffee and some alcohol - very reasonably priced but please note only takes cash which caught us out on our first visit. We visited Balmaseda a couple of times which has an incredible bakery which I would very much recommend. The train station is less than 5 minutes walk but we didn’t get the train whilst we were there - it may have been quicker to get to bilbao and something to check out if you visit again. We had a lovely 4 nights at Maria, enjoying relaxing at the beautiful terrace and jacuzzi. Would love to come back again!

One of my best experiences ever . Irati was absolutely superb from start to finish an excellent communicator and nothing was too much bother . The cottage was delight ful and the scenery was amazing . She even organised our taxi in and out of the city not to mention booking our tables at the restaurants we ate in . Out of 10 I would give her 11

All aspects of the stay were perfect. We were 5 young couples spending the weekend. Elena took care to make clear everything we could do and how we could take advantage of the time. She was also attentive in case we had any improvises. The house is perfect if you are looking to feel at home. Renovated and at the same time with original details of the house. A 10/10.

From the second I booked the beautiful villa in Sunbilla with Carmen and José, they took great care of advising with best activities, supporting with arrival and providing a wonderful clean home with all necessary amenities. We especially loved the restaurant elotxuri and the lake in natural reserve. We would love to come back when the pool is open next time. Thank you Carmen and José!

The stay in the Casona has been luxury. The house is super equipped, the host gives all the facilities and the setting is unparalleled. Highly recommended!

We were spending a weekend in this house and we loved it, it has all the amenities and the setting is beautiful. Each room has its own fully equipped and very clean bathroom. Very good stay, in a large house with a very large exterior. There were 10 of us and there was a lot of room. The water body and spring are very nice. We visited the area in terms of food.

Wow, what great house. The location is absolutely stunning in a little village with beautiful mountain views. The house itself is great—they’ve done a great job renovating and the whole thing feels very new and fresh and clean. A perfect place for a peaceful escape. Great communication as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Kerman's place is very nice ... Despite a stay in the middle of summer ( hot weather ) we had a very nice stay in the accommodation with all our troupe ( group of 8 )! Kerman was very welcoming and always ready to give advice despite a more than busy period for him with catering management for the ferias of the surrounding villages... Only regret, not having been able to enjoy his closed restaurant during this holiday season ... We'll have to come back to test it;-)!

Listing is very nice, as described. It is very well equipped with quality amenities. Sharon is a very responsive host and Matteo is also available on site. The house is located on a plot with other cottages but each has its own privacy. We will be back!

This place felt like a little piece of countryside paradise! It is situated, with others, on what used to be a stud farm. The surroundings are idyllic in a large area of green grass and colourful plants with a couple of donkeys and horses, some peacocks, peahens and chickens adding to the charm, and a lovely swimming pool. The cottage itself is small - once part of a row of stables - but perfectly formed with everything you need, fitted beautifully and very clean. The bed was oh so comfortable and the items left for breakfast delicious and much appreciated. Staying here was a treat for me and my dog. Thank you Pilar

The house has all the necessary amenities, the cleanliness is impeccable and the location of the house has a stunning view. The area has many possibilities for sightseeing and nature walks. Arantxa was very nice and was always available for our questions and showed flexibility at check-in time. We'll save it to favorites and look forward to returning soon

There were 12 of us and we were very comfortable. The game room is very nice and although we couldn't enjoy it much, the garden is spectacular.

Excellent stay of 4 days with friends in this house for the Biarritz half marathon. Sébastien is a great host, always very responsive and very flexible on arrival and departure times when possible. The house is as described, no surprises. I would recommend it without a second thought!

We've been renting a house through Airbnb with a couple friends and our kids for nearly 10 years. Marie's house is one of our favorites! Very clean, very comfortable, it is fully equipped (they live there) which allowed us to enjoy 100% of our stay in this small village very peaceful, but central to visit the Basque coast and the villages inland. House is very beautiful. Lovers of decoration, you will have enough to satisfy your eyes. Finally, what makes this house a gem is resolutely all the small "details" that make life easier: an outdoor hot shower, a covered space in the garden allowing lunch in the shade with a large plancha, a secluded bedroom space from the living room, several sunbeds and hammocks, a large garden... Young and old loved it, as life was sweet and suitable for all. Special mention for Mary's welcome, her smiles, kindness, attention and responsiveness!

From day one, everything was perfect. The house was in excellent condition and very spacious. There were 14 of us and we could move around comfortably as if there were four of us The person who helped us there, Joaquina, was super friendly Recommended 100%.

Thank you Jean-Philiphe and Violetta for hosting us. Friendly and available hosts. The accommodation is clean and well-equipped. Ideally located for discovering the Basque country and the Landes. The village of Hastingues is nice to discover, quiet. Just remember to take a good mosquito repellent, the proximity to the gaves brings some. We recommend this listing and will not hesitate to return if the opportunity arises.
