I had an amazing experience staying at Mr. Chathura property! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The space was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. I particularly enjoyed mention any specific feature, like a cozy balcony, a beautiful view, or a well-equipped kitchen. Mr. Chathura was an exceptional host, providing clear communication and helpful recommendations for things to do in the area. I truly appreciated their hospitality! Nice location - short tuk tuk ride or hot walk to many local sights. Safe guarded complex. Supermarket in apartment complex, pool is large (3 different sizes) with a small playground for kids and views of the Lotus tower, and also a gym on the same floor. inside is spacious, clean and with air cons in the rooms.

Mahesh place was alawesome! it's just rhe place we were looking for. beach front, pool, very secure with security 24/7. The room was the best part we had a view of the Indian ocean just few feet away. inside was extremely clean and had ac in every room and living room. Had all what we needed for a great stay. Mahesh was very friendly and responsive for any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. 5 stars!!!

Great location. I have stayed here before and loved it. That's why I chose this place for my second visit to Negombo.

Great place to stay at. We felt at hime immediately and after a montj, we left the place and the ground floor staff with heavy heart. We had a bit of problems to start with, but it was all sorted out soon and it was so comfortable.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at Nuran’s spacious and beautiful apartment. As a family of 4, it was the perfect base for us. The apartment was spotlessly clean with a huge living and dining area. The bedrooms are roomy with one being extremely large. Both have air conditioning and it was a bonus having 2 bathrooms and a washing machine with an area to hang laundry. Nuran’s mother, Nirasha was in touch with us from confirmation of our booking and kindly provided us with local recommendations for restaurants, a local gym, shops and much more. Nirasha is such a lovely lady and extremely helpful. The location is very safe and secure and being in Colombo 7; the prestigious residential area in Colombo, it’s Definitely the place to stay! Very close to the city and tuk tuk’s go right past the apartment, it’s very convenient to get around. I loved that we had a view of the Lotus Tower from the balconies. What a special bonus! We highly recommend this apartment and we will return!!!!

very clean and well-equipped apartment... upstairs of a family living below very nice and discreet and present if needed... a unique air conditioning in the room which is paid for and is not reported as such. very close to the big traffic of the city and the sea, but far enough away to sleep properly!!

The house was very nice and we highly recommend it. It was very close to the swimming pool and several shops. It was also very easy to communicate with Ransika and her father. We overall had a wonderful time at this house.

I rented the accommodation to celebrated a get-together with a local Family which basically saved my Life another night. I am so Happy this Host supported the stay. Miss Suwandi was acting as intermediate and just so sweet and understanding. The House was perfect. The kitchen had all necessary. Beds have been cozy. All was in good condition. Having a Pool was fantastic. The neighbours have been nice. We invited them to have Pizza. I Just can highly recommend renting this House for your stay at Negombo with your Friends or Family. All "child Security" recommendations have been directly accepted by the owner as well. so weather Friends or/ and Family - that's the place to Rent.

Spencer home is a great place to stay. It really feels like home away from home. They treat their guest like a family, one call away host everytime I need something his always willing to help. Host was very friendly and helpfull very nice guy. I really reccommend the place. It's all near to everything very accessible place all worth the money and experience. 💯💯💯 Loved this place will surely come back and stay here again.

Geesha Villa was just how it looked in the pictures, and we had a very satisfactory two-week stay here. The host was most helpful and was on hand to help us in a timely manner. Situated halfway down a cul-de-sac, there was very little activity. It was a short (5-minute) walk to the nearest supermarket (SPAR) and a 15-minute walk into Negombo town. A railway ran parallel to the road, but the trains weren't that frequent, and they caused no bother. All in all, it made a great base from which to explore Sri Lanka. Great place to stay if you want to be immersed in local life and beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful. It was close to several eateries. I went into Colombo and there were two bus stops within walking distance. It took a bit over an hour to go to Colombo fort via bus or about a 35/45min tuk tuk ride. I didn't mind it being far away. It's very close to the airport. The accommodation is incredibly spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the balcony where I would eat some of my meals.

Amazing value, perfect for what we needed. Right next to the beautiful Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya temple. Living area very big and spacious. nice to have a full kitchen set up and dining table. large bedrooms and bathrooms too. the host was very kind and friendly. would definitely recommend!

Loved how sparkling clean the space was and most importantly it felt like home with utmost privacy.
