With 300m from the beach, this small well-planned house of 50sqm is perfect for the couple's holiday or for the family with 2 adults and 2 younger children (2-12 years). Proximity to kiosk, 2 km to the city center with both service and restaurants, cinema and shops. Good communication to both Malmö and Copenhagen. For those who like kite surfing, there are plenty to explore. Access to bike + wood can be provided. Any pets should be kept on a leash in the garden during outdoor stay as parts of fences are missing.

Hallo dear guest Hope you like my house as much as I do. It is my private place to live and not just a rental. So I have cared and nursed to make it lovely with a really good vibe and hope you will contribute to the ongoing vibe <3. It have everything you need. Their is beautiful nature all around. Forrest, sea, horses, golf course ⛳ Close to the airport and city. The busstop i close by or take the car. Sit on the balcony, relax, enjoy some drinks and turn on the grill. love and vibes Jeppe

Clear in the center with lake view

City centre: One room apt. (studio) on the 6th floor (elevator, don't worry) with big balcony overlooking one of the central lakes. All sights within walking distance. Sleeps two, but only if you love each other – the foldout-futon has been converted to a flat-bed with top mattress due to guests getting back-aches. 140 cm wide. Smoking on the balcony – only – is okay. And no, I don't have any more photos :-) Check-in and check-out at 11 noon unless other arrangements have been made.
