The house is huge, wide, and airy. All outdoor spaces are also very well maintained with a very pleasant living area. In the back of the house there is the exit to the trail, a short walk and you can see a beautiful sunrise. Kitchen equipped with everything you need, good pots, air fryer, electric sandwich maker, blender, etc. There are two stoves working perfectly, three large tables, one inside the kitchen, another on the balcony and another in the barbecue area. Very good freezer in the barbecue area. Grassy area in front of the house and a natural pool for swimming with the fish, which is a unique experience. The natural pool is very well maintained and very well cared for. Clay filter for drinking fresh water. I found the ice-shaped refrigerator, the water filter already waiting for us. In addition, I recommend the experience with the place because it is unique and the host is very attentive and attended to me in some particularities of time that I needed. I'll just say: GO. It's quite the experience.

Fantastic Stay in GV City! I had a wonderful experience staying at this modern apartment in the heart of Governador Valadares. The location couldn’t be better—close to everything, yet quiet and comfortable. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was excellent—friendly, responsive, and made communication effortless from start to finish. It’s clear they truly care about their guests’ experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I would definitely stay here again!

Apartment in great condition; perfectly matches the description. Eduardo was always quick and polite in the answers and gave easy instructions for check-in, as well as others regarding the stay. I recommend and plan to return soon!

Sensational. Both the Loft and the host. Super recommend. Everything wonderful there. Near the Mall is a very quiet place. Great view of the surroundings and internally the place is perfect. Cláudio was very fast and prepared everything so that everything was amazing. I will return more often when making the jump at Pico da Ibituruna

André was from the very beginning very helpful and proactive in meeting us and clarifying our doubts. The site was in great condition and very well located. Supermercado, Açogue, Farmácia, Sorveteria with a playground and Fuel Station all just a block away from the place, in fact a real find. Air-conditioned functioning without odor and quality freezing the whole environment. I definitely recommend it.
