A few hours before entering Diego contacted me and was available for any questions. He took the time to call me to tell me about the nearby places to eat and the activities we could do within the complex where the house is located. The house is beautiful, I was with my family to celebrate my father's birthday and everyone was amazed, it is very spacious and super equipped, it has everything. One of the many details we liked is that it has a Montessori-style room with a double bed, a crib and a rug for the children to play on (it comes equipped with toys). Everything in the house is top quality, my brother and his family travel a lot and told us that they had never been to such a complete and luxurious Airbnb. We were so delighted with the house and the city that we will surely be back.

The house is beautiful and super comfortable, ideal for a large group. The location is perfect for exploring the area and is only 10 minutes from Puerto Varas. It is equipped with everything you need for a very pleasant stay; the only thing missing is a dishwasher and some utensils for the grill. We had some difficulties during the stay, but Sandra always responded quickly. One of the rooms on the ground floor filled with smoke when the grill was lit, so we couldn't use it. At the end of the stay, when we mentioned it to Sandra, she explained that there is a gate that prevents this problem. Unfortunately, we didn't check with you first to see if everything was okay.
