Villa vacation rentals in Fresnaye

We struggled to realize the location was actually in a secure complex setting. So we drove past the entrance a few times & also asked the guard where to go … but he did not know. So we drove around a bit before realizing the location was actually in the secure complex - Avignon. ( This may be on the information & it may be us that did not read properly !!) A wonderful stay … easy it book in & very comfortable & spacious. Great setting in Hout Bay & secure and also nice walks within the complex & play area for kids.

Ricardo's place was amazing - it looked like the photos and met all our expectations. It's walkable to the beach, restuarants, coffee shops and grocery stores. It is also close to one of the setups on the 'Hop-on Hop-off' bus tour. The sunset views from the balcony are stunning. Judith keeps the house meticulously and is friendly and helpful. she was there to meet us when we checked in, and was willing to let us drop our bags off early. All in all we and our friends really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Thank you

The most perfect beach stay in beautiful Camps Bay - we only stayed for 4 days but wish it was longer - a perfect home away from home. Everything was beautifully designed (actually much more beautiful and spacious than the photos) and it had everything we needed as a family with 2 young kids. The beds were so comfy and it was all spotless / everything felt very new. Gorgeous and private garden to play in and just a few minutes walk from the beach! Felt incredibly safe and Keira was very helpful with tips / advice. If we come back I would happily stay here for the entire trip rather than move around!

Our stay at Nicki’s Villa was much better than expected as this was only my 2nd Airbnb stay. The house was beautiful and perfectly accommodated my family which includes 3 children under 3 years old. Everyone had their own space and there were several common spaces for us to gather both indoor and outdoor. The villa was very clean and includes daily housekeeping services. The villa is in a gated community with guard service so we always felt safe. We also used the recommended Chef Mark who came to the villa several days to prepare breakfasts and dinners (including appetizers and home made desserts) for our group. My 13 year old nephew said that was the highlight of his trip. The food was fantastic and the presentation was top notch. The Villa helped to make this one of the best family trips we have experienced to date.

Location of the house is great as it takes 7/8 mins driving to get to lions head and table mountain trails, 3/4 mins driving to get to camps bay beach, 10/12mins to get to beautiful Llandudno beach and then you are 8mins away from starting the magnificent drive to the peninsula with amongst the most picturesque and stunning views in the world. House is a three bed super comfortable and pool is great if you have kids that need to be entertained at all the time. We will come back

What a fabulous location! Could not have asked for better access to the beach and the majestic sunsets over the ocean on the West coast. The villa is spacious, modern and well appointed, and the hostess responsive to queries and requests. Would highly recommend

Great stay at Lyall's place. Luxurious accommodation. The support staff was excellent. Very responsive and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Definitely worth coming back to.

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The house is as pictured and we felt right at home. Kitchen is very well equipped, nice garden with a private pool and the beach nearby. Shirley was very easy to communicate with through text and even left us a cake as a welcome gift. Would recommend staying here!!

Wow. Absolutely amazing place. Stayed here for 3 nights with 5 adults and 5 children. Home is large, spacious and complete luxury. Would highly recommend if you are looking to visit Cape Town, but stay slightly outside the main city

This Villa was absolutely amazing!!! It was as beautiful as the pictures. Great and safe location. Host Melanie was proactive in her communication, was there to greet us when we arrived, gave a tour and was very responsive anytime I reached out. I would definitely stay at this location on my next trip back to Cape Town.

She immediately understood our circumstances and went out of her way to make us feel welcome — from helping us to drop our luggage, sharing local tips and recommending nearby events. She made us feel part of her community from the start. The house itself was absolutely perfect — clean, spacious, and set in a secure complex that gave us peace of mind. The design is incredibly thoughtful: cozy and intimate when you’re a small group, yet roomy enough to host more people comfortably. We are ten ladies who stayed 4 nights to take part in the Two Ocean’s marathon and enjoy Cape Town. The house had enough room for us all and we were very happy to be given the option of having two singles rather than King beds in some of the rooms. The views from the top balcony over the ocean are beautiful and the downstairs has a table for 10 and a great lounge area. Bonus was the coffee machine and well equipped kitchen. Having the housekeeper come every day was wonderful and he is efficient, helpful, discrete and friendly. The house is walkable down to the beach and bars and restaurants in Camps Bay. We couldn’t have had a more wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful family reunion over Christmas. The house is beautiful and equipped to a very high standard. Special mention to Tanna and Stha who looked after us very well. Location is great - feels like a really safe neighbourhood but still an easy drive to great restaurants, the coast, Kirstenbosch etc. Highly recommend - we hope to be back soon.

Lovely house and pool. Very relaxing with our whole family. Very friendly and warm welcome. Rapid response and resolution to the one small problem we had - a cold tap that didn’t work. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Ideally situated for exploring the Cape Peninsula. And close to good shops. Also ideal for entertaining our family and friends who live nearby.

The property is ideal for families. We travelled with two teenagers and a ten year old and everyone had their own space they could retreat to. Very cosy home, lovely garden area with swimming pool, large kitchen and sitting area to enjoy time together as a family. It is an ideal setting to enjoy a truly relaxing, but also private holiday where we felt at home, safe and spoilt with beautiful surroundings at the same time. It is a calm neighborhood which allows for a good nights sleep. Easy walk to the city, Gardens shopping center and parks, good coffee shop and if you want to take a longer stretch also to the V&A waterfront . Truly an amazing location for your Cape Town stay. The place airs a homely atmosphere much different from many other AirBnBs and you can sense that the owners take great care and pride of the place. Super responsive hosts, often within minutes we got the answer we needed.

We spent a fantastic week here with our two boys. Agree with previous reviews that the photos don’t do the place justice. Inside feels so spacious with incredible views from the master bedroom. And it’s nestled in a quiet area but close to great restaurants and of course the beautiful Nordhoek beach, which is wild and breathtaking. Joy ensured a seamless arrival and was very responsive thoughout our stay with any queries. A huge thanks to the divine Lindi who kept the house spotless. We did have a few issues with splinters around the pool decking but it in no way detracted from a wonderful stay. Would thoroughly recommend.

Throughout my stay, they checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly, which was very reassuring. The house itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, all thanks to the dedicated housekeeper who was not only accommodating but also exceptionally friendly. Very spacious I might add. Their efforts made the house feel like a home away from home. And then there was Sushi, the house cat, who added a special touch to the whole experience. We enjoyed staying at this villa, it was clean and safe and the hosts were responsive, helpful, warm and friendly. Whilst it wasn’t in the centre (town) it was fairly close in our opinion and it was also closer to wine farms. Quiet neighbourhood, felt safe, close to a shopping centre. Cleaners came every few days also. Enjoyed our stay, would recommend!

This was the most amazing villa - interiors and exteriors were exquisite and the villa was pristine. Set high up on mountain with the best views of Camps Bay. The pool, sunsets and views each day were beyond amazing! Nothing was too much for our host we will be staying here again for sure!
