Maison Cocon avec jardin BORD PLAGE & tranquillité

Maisonette Studio avec jardin privatif en bord de mer (2 minutes à pieds) accès immédiat à la plage des salines, au calme, paisible avec de la verdure. Ce petit cocon se trouve dans le quartier le plus recherché de Rémire-Montjoly au fond du jardin du propriétaire. Refait totalement à neuf également pour les équipements, le logement connecté (wifi avec fibre, climatiseur neuf, NETFLIX). Amis des animaux, nous avons une petite chienne O. et un gros chien T. très gentils.
