Very nice accommodation, quiet, very clean, the amenities (especially the bedding) are of excellent quality. Nice view, private terrace. Martine was both attentive and absolutely discreet: an ideal hostess!

Everything was great. The only thing I didn't like was that at 9:59 am they were knocking on the door to get us out of the apartment. I know check-out is at 10:00 am, but you could be a little more tolerant. Apart from that, everything is fine!! Perfect cleanliness and location! Recommended

Very central location, private terrace and grounds. Spacious dining area inside and outside. Spacious bathroom that does not have good ventilation and where the shower wets the entire room. Tamara was flexible and helpful. Location is perfect. Thank you!

This is a fabulous apartment in an idyllic location. Stunning views, immediate access to the beach, easily walkable to the core of Biarritz.

We had a wonderful stay at Joëlle's. Communication with her was smooth and very warm before and during our stay, and we were greeted with a note and a snack! The apartment itself is ideally located next to the ocean in a quiet building. The accommodation is impeccable, a cleanliness rarely seen despite our many trips. Everything is as shown in the pictures, comfortable, conveniently arranged and tasteful. A small cocoon where it's nice to unwind. Thanks again, we'll be back without hesitation!

We had a great stay. The house is very pleasant, quiet, perfect for relaxing and going for beautiful and long walks. The hot tub is a huge PLUSSS🫶. Next to St Pée, Espelette, Dantxaria, Sare, Ainhoa... Great location. The welcome by Nicolas, very nice, nature, authentic. We'll be happy to go back. 😁

Very cozy accommodation in a small atypical Basque village, very clean accommodation, very quiet... accommodation very well equipped with appliances. Everything is available for a pleasant stay, covered terrace... Everything is well thought out for our dogs, fenced garden, hair blower and vacuum... bowl etc...available to us. Great location, 1 min from the beach and also a great children’s playground which our kids enjoyed making use of daily. Nice balcony, and lots of good neighbourhood restaurants, bars and shops and only a 10-15 min walk from the Old Town. Host was responsive and helpful.
