Charming little townhouse close to forest and beach. The house is located in Sæby's old cozy district with only a 5-minute walk to Sæby square. The house is located in a beautiful old garden with a cozy courtyard environment and access from the garden to the fishermen's trail that leads directly to the harbor and the most beautiful beach. The house is 50 m2 with two sleeping places on a large loft in single beds (unsuitable for those with walking difficulties) as well as two sleeping places in the living room on a sofa bed. Max. 2 adults and possibly two children BRING YOUR OWN BED LINENS AND TOWELS.

Cozy and well-appointed 1 1/2 story house with lots of charm, close to Palmestranden. The house contains a large kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room with a washer and dryer. 3 bedrooms, (1 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor) The house has stairs and is therefore not suitable for small children. Nice large private garden with several terraces, sun loungers, garden furniture and gas grill. If the weather is bad, there is a large, nice conservatory with both dining area and cozy corner. Pets are not allowed.

If the family also includes a dog, then there is plenty of space for all of you. The house is surrounded by a large garden and lawn, as well as terraces on several sides. In the forest near the house we have built a shelter. The shelter can be used for a short break or an overnight stay in the nature.

Great little places to bike to in the area. A small breeze in the street. There are duvets and pillows in the house, but bed linen and towels must be brought by guests themselves
