Unique newly renovated courtyard house in Old Gävle

Now, we finally rent out our newly renovated (ready 2022) unique farmhouse of 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave,coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4a. The bathroom farmhouse gem, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs there is the bedroom, 160 bed, a small sofa and armchair as well as swivel smart TV. The farmhouse is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

The lake house - boats, beach, sauna, jetty and barbecue!

Create new memories in a unique accommodation on a large south-facing headland with panoramic views of Storsjön. In the canoe, boat or Stand Up Paddle on the fish-rich lake (70 km² and 150 islands). Late breakfast on the jetty. Swim privately from the jetty or by the small sandy beach after the sauna. Close to Högbo Bruk with mountain bike trails, canoe trails, paddle tennis, cross-country trails and large forests. 28km to Kungsberget's ski resort for slalom & cross country skiing, hiking, bear safari. Gävle town and Furuviks park. Motorboat available to hire.

Large studio with proximity to scenic Högbo

Stay close to the fantastic Högbo Bruk. Newly built studio, approximately 85 m2, with open floor plan. Sleeps 4, divided into 1 bunk bed and 1 double bed. Bed linen is included. There is also a travel baby bed and a high chair for the very youngest guests. The apartment has a kitchenette and a bathroom with toilet and shower. There is a private fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, TV and WiFi. In the bathroom, there is access to shampoo, shower soap, hand towels and bath towels. Parking is included.

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

Modern villa adjacent to water and nature.

Newly built villa in a scenic area close to water and nature. The kitchen is modern in design and fully equipped. The house has a wooden deck of 110 m3 that stretches around the house. A gas grill is available. Large associated parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the premises. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Guesthouse in Högbo

Welcome to our guest house in the cottage area Hästhagen by Lake Öjaren. A few minutes from Högbo Bruk with nice cross-country skiing, mountain bike arena, golf courses, canoe rental, paddle tennis, etc. 25 minutes from Kungsberget's ski and bike facility. Walking distance to the lake for swimming and fishing. 1 km to Gästrikeleden with nice hiking and many miles of bike trails. In winter, 5 km ice rink on the lake within a few minutes' walking distance.

Cozy cottage in basement located in lush garden with fruit trees. The upper floor has an open floor plan with kitchen and living room with sofa bed. There is also a toilet with a combined washer and dryer. Bedroom in the basement, one flight down, with shower and sauna and with exit to large balcony with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.

Lake cottage with all the amenities by the fishing lake.

A home closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunrise is an extra plus. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away. 2-4 kicks are available to borrow.

Farmhouse in central Valbo

Here you will find a little oasis in the middle of Valbo with proximity to most things. The house is located in the middle of Valbo and is surrounded by shrubs and framed by fences facing Valbovägen. Perfect location if you want a home near Högbo or Kungsberget and still have Gävle and Sandviken in the nearby area. For those who need to stay a little longer, there is access to your own washing machine in the storage building.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Close to nature but still not far from society. The cottage is located on the outskirts of a village where the forest takes over. 4 km to the nearest store and 10 km into the city of Sandviken. Nice berries and mushroom spots nearby.
