Rustige omgeving, perfect voor familie met kinderen, prachtig uitzicht over de zee en haventje en maar liefs 3 zwembaden waar je na een stranddag gebruik van kunt maken. Wij hebben genoten!

Sono contentissima del mio soggiorno a Ibiza. La comunicazione con la proprietaria è stata facile e accogliente. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione ottima ed è molto bello e ben arredato. Ha superato ogni mia aspettativa, ancora più bello di quello che appare in foto. Se dovessi tornare a Ibiza sicuramente tornerò a stare qui!

Schöne Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf Es Vedra. Die drei Schlafzimmer passen super für 3 Pärchen plus 1 Kinderzimmer mit 4 Betten. Ausstattung ist okay.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Ibiza Real Estate war einfach fantastisch! Für den Preis ein echtes Schnäppchen – besser geht’s kaum. In nur einer Minute ist man zu Fuß am Strand, einfach perfekt. Die Räume sind groß und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, man fühlt sich wirklich wie zuhause. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Einkaufen? Kein Problem – alles liegt direkt vor der Tür. Bei Fragen bekamen wir immer sofort eine schnelle und freundliche Antwort. Vielen, vielen Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung! Einfach klasse – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ich gehe seit 10 Jahren nach Ibiza und ich muss wirklich sagen das Manu auf einem schaut als wärst du sein Kind. Es hat alles gepasst und er hat sich extrem mühe gegeben das wir einen schönen Urlaub haben. Ich würde jederzeit wieder eine Unterkunft bei Manu buchen. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen und muss ihm ein riesen Lob ausprechen. Danke für alles Manu! Liebe Grüsse

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in de villa. We mochten onze koffers al wat eerder achterlaten wat voor ons erg prettig was. We hebben contact gehad met de vader van Tito en hij was heel aardig. De kamers waren schoon en de bedden ook. In de badkamer kwamen we alleen nog haren tegen van onze voorgangers en in de keuken was het ook niet helemaal schoon. In de tuin was het ook nogal een rommeltje. Dat was dus wel jammer. Ondanks dat hebben we een prettig verblijf gehad.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, easy to get from place to place, 10 minute taxi to the old town and beach clubs, private and relaxed, Bruno communicated very well and always responded quickly. Would happily stay there again!

Carlos was super responsive any time we had questions about the area or what to do he answered super quickly and helped us a ton. The house was super clean and the view off the balcony was top tier. Carlos nos ayudó con cada pregunta que teníamos, siempre estuvo en contacto con nosotros siempre que lo necesitábamos. La casa estaba preciosa y muy cómoda. Al 100 por ciento los recomiendo. Personas bien humildes y responsables.

We had a great stay. Marco was really helpful with checking us in and giving useful advice on getting around the island. He was also really helpful in putting us in touch with arranging a car hire at short notice. The beach and local restaurants and shops are a 10 minute walk away which was a great bonus. All in all, highly recommended!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Pepa’s villa! She was such a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful communication. The house was in such a great location. Close to the bust stop, a large supermarket, and easy to get taxis to and from everything Ibiza has to offer. The house was perfect for our group and we loved the pool and outdoor area. We would highly recommend staying here. We hope to come back again soon!

Hôte accueillant et apparement très bien équipé ! L’emplacement est de choix entre les grosses animations et le centre ville historique , une salle de sport est très proche , la Piscine est top avec tout se qu’il faut pour profiter !

**A Perfect Ibiza Escape!** We had an incredible stay at this beautiful two-bedroom apartment in Cala Vedella. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the attentive host, who ensured everything was seamless. The flat itself is modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The addition of a pool was a fantastic bonus, offering a refreshing dip whenever we wanted to relax. Cala Vedella's stunning beach is just a short stroll away, with its crystal-clear waters and scenic views making every moment there feel like paradise. The area is also packed with fantastic restaurants, cute coffee shops and little boutiques. This rental exceeded all our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect Ibiza getaway!
