Je vous accueille dans mon appartement cosy à Saint-Gilles ! Appartement privé très lumineux, de 60 m2.Vous aurez accès à 2 pièces : une chambre-salon avec lit double , une grande cuisine, ainsi qu'une salle de bains avec douche à l’italienne. Situé au troisième étage, la chambre donnant sur la rue, dans l'agréable et vivant quartier de St Gilles. Le parc, des cafés sympas sont à 2 min ainsi que le station de métro ALBERT. ( **L'appartement ne dispose que d'un lit double= 2 personnes ) Merci !

Located at 30 meters from central station in one of the most famous art galeries of Brussels an independent small artist house on two floors( livingroom and bedroom ) with a cute terrace and walls full of beautiful art .All comfort available and a perfect night sleep guaranteed by absolut silence and that in the full center of Brussels . The entire estate was built in 1860's. The owner lives in the first part of the estate and always available in his art gallery . You are very welcome .

Studio lumineux proche de tout!

Charmant studio dans le quartier le plus prisé de Bruxelles. Le studio se situe à proximité de toute commodité: restaurants, bars, parcs (Bois de la Cambre), commerces et marchés hebdomadaires. Le bien est très bien desservi au niveau des transports en communs tels que trams et bus et il offre un accès facile au centre historique. Vous retrouverez tout le confort nécessaire pour votre séjour: literie, cuisine équipée, machine à laver... Une terrasse avec orientation SE complète ce bien.

Joli appartement au calme

Joli appartement dans une rue très calme du plus agréable quartier de Bruxelles. Sur les hauteurs de la ville, à une minute des grands parcs de Forest et Duden, à quelques minutes des marchés, jolies boutiques, bars et restaurants de Saint Gilles. Accès facile et rapide à toute la ville (et à la gare du midi) par les trams 3, 4, 51, 81, tous à moins de 3 minutes à pied de l'appartement! Lit double dans la chambre, canapé lit très confortable dans le salon si besoin.

Dit appartement is zeer licht en in december 2021 gerenoveerd. Het bevindt zich op de 2e verdieping, zonder lift. Het appartement beschikt over een ingerichte keuken met een inductie, oven, vaatwasser, koffiemachine, toaster en microwave. Er is een tv, en ook is er wifi en bekabeld high speed internet. Verder beschikt de badkamer ook over een haardroger. In de woonkamer staat een bank waarvan nog een extra bed voor 1 persoon kan worden gemaakt.
