Lovely cottage a few hundred meters from one of Southern Jutland's best and most popular beaches. The area is quiet and the perfect place for both relaxation and active holidays with beautiful green spaces and good excursion opportunities. Welcome inside this charming cottage with large, sunny patio areas. There are 3 bedrooms, living room with wood-burning stove, bathroom with heated towel dryer, shower and washing machine, a storage room and final kitchen living room with heat pump and exit to large terrace.

An open kitchen and living area are highlighted by large glass doors that provide ample natural light. A dining table is surrounded by four light-colored chairs. A cozy seating arrangement is visible, accompanied by a decorative pendant lamp that adds a touch of style.

Enjoy the simple life in a beautiful and cozy wooden house in the old part of Flovt Strand, 350 meters from the east coast's best beach! The house contains a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and a nice dining area in connection with an open kitchen. Outside, you are greeted by an idyllic enclosed garden with a sunny wooden terrace and outdoor fireplace. After a wonderful walk on the beach, you can sit down in front of a cozy wood-burning stove. In the lush garden is a 10 m2 orangery.

Have a nice vacation in this well-equipped cottage, which is only a few hundred meters from Flovt beach. A lovely cottage where the whole family can enjoy both outdoors and indoors. The house is located on a large private property with garden and 2 terraces. There is a sandbox, trampoline, ball grill, fire pit, toys, basketball and lovely garden furniture. In the house, there are 3 bedrooms as well as a loft, 2 bathrooms and sauna and spa. An open kitchen and large living area with large windows.

Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

Super nice house by Kelstrup Strand - 400 meters to the water. Lovely elevated with views of fields and nature. Good swimming opportunities by the beach as well as great walking and biking in the area. Quiet neighborhood with only 10 minutes into the city of Haderslev with shopping and commerce. The house is built in 2016 - brand new with nice decor as seen in the pictures.
