Relax and unwind in this peaceful, cozy forest chalet in the middle of nature. On the edge of a small forest park, you cannot be closer to the forest. Located on the sand drift and heath and nature reserve de Haere. Here you will wake up with the sounds of many birds. There is a lot of privacy in the garden and on the terrace. You can also enjoy the spacious canopy in less nice weather. A few kilometers away, you will find the old fishing town of Elburg and Harderwijk with harbor and many terraces and shops

The interiors are a mix of midcetury and modern style with space for relaxation, good sleep, but also comfortable work. There is an easy to operate heating stove and good wifi. The property has a beautiful garden where you can dine and enjoy watching the wildlife. Our house stands on the same land but it's so spacious we sometimes loose each other

There are many hiking and cycling routes from the campsite. In the garden of the chalet, there is a private sauna to relax. At the park, you can enjoy many facilities. Swimming (unheated) in the indoor pool (April 1 - October 1). There are several playgrounds and a football cage. There is a cafeteria and a restaurant, open in high season.

An extensive contiguous area of dark forests full of game (deer, boars, etc.) and meadow heaths. Crossed by various hiking, cycling and equestrian trails. After an active day in the area with all this natural beauty, you can enjoy our veranda with a stove, listen to the evening serenade of countless bird species that will wake you up the next morning. Cozy forest house Blackbird in the beautiful Veluwe!

Enjoy our beautifully renovated chalet located in nature reserve De Veluwe which is perfect for a family of 5! That is, there are fixed beds for 4. There is a baby cot, it also fits in the master bedroom! A camping bed (available) or adding your own air mattress in the children's room is no problem. We do not allow parties. The beautiful sunny garden also has wonderful shade areas and is rich in many birds & squirrels. Waking up early in this place is really a party!
