The forest is just around the corner with nice trails. There are bicycles to borrow for excursions. Charcoal grill available for nice barbecue evenings! 5-minute walk to the train, and 35 minutes by train to Stockholm. (Cost for train about 3.5 Euro) TV with Chromecast. Free WiFi. It is about 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest swimming lake, and by bike it is about 7 minutes.

Sit back and relax in this newly built (2023) home of approx. 30 sqm with a generous single deck. Here you live close to nature with proximity to both forest and sea and it is only 250 meters to the swimming area. Shop is 10 minutes away by car. The house has all the amenities and has a tasteful decor. The sleeping loft has a nice spring mattress, 160 cm wide. Dining area for 4 persons and a high quality sofa bed which with a simple grip turns into a comfortable bed 160 cm wide.
