What a gem! Everything is brand new and modern. Plenty of space for a family or multiple couples. This unit has great amenities and amazing views of the ocean and islands. The moon shimmers off the ocean, and the buildings on the hill behind the property look like Encanto all lit up at night, which my daughter loved. The property has 3 great pools. It's close to Loquillo's beautiful beach and the Yunque rainforest. Jesus is a great host who thinks of everything. He's always available and ready to make your stay amazing.

The place felt like home. It was clean and cozy. Angel is a great host, very friendly and responsive. The amenities complemented the stay. The projector in the yard gave us a great movie night. Thanks for letting me stay! I will definitely come back

From allowing us to check in early, to having available everything we might need (beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, patio to dry wet things, washer and dryer), Luchie’s place offers it all!

Loved staying at this apartment! The space was comfortable for our party of three, very clean, and comfortable. Communication with the host was also great; they were quick and responsive. Will be returning!

We had a arbnb that flooded 2 hrs after landing! We found Pedro’s place and he approved it within minutes and really helped us !! Really good guy

I loved the apartment. It has an excellent location, it was very clean and well kept. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.

My husband and I were blown away by the view, its amazing!! The property is squeaky clean, and our host was very responsive even though we checked in in the early AM hours we got a quick reply. I enjoyed my stay tremendously and this was a great way to bring in my birthday. Highly recommended.

The semi private backyard was so cool. Seeing the fort behind us up the hill in the backyard was a plus. When we woke up, we went outside and looked to the right seeing a cute restaurant right next to us. Convenient spot. Loved hearing the coquis at night. Not having AC in the bathroom and living room didn’t make a difference. We only needed it in the bedrooms. We ended up all sleeping in one bedroom. The one with the coldest AC. It was definitely a neat experience. Lots of great memories.

Warning: do not book this property unless you have a jeep or UTV booked! The roads to access this place are rough and many taxis won’t do the journey, and those who will charge a small fortune to do so. It’s not in walking distance to anything so you’ll be stuck if you don’t have a car. We learned this the hard way. Now that that’s out of the way, the house is great! Pictures are super accurate - it’s small but was doable for 4 of us for a few days (2 adults, 2 kids). The view is incredible and the deck is glorious. The towels and sheets are shockingly soft, and all the beds and everything were really comfy. They have beach cooler and chairs, and plenty of bath and beach towels. The kitchen has all the basic tools you’d need. Great fans and air conditioning to keep you as cool as you want. The water pressure is pretty low, but plenty of hot water to unwind after a day at the beach and you can shower with the view! The host was responsive and helpful. Felt very safe and homey.

Beautiful apartment that matches it’s

A great stay. Minutes away from the ferry, 10 minutes from the marina, and 20 minutes from Fajardo and the East edge of El Yunque. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils we needed and the bathroom had good shampoo and conditioner. The bed was very comfortable. The AC works great. I slept like a baby!

The apartment was very clean and organized, we had no issues whatsoever with any of the amenities; Like many showers in Puerto Rico, the water isn’t very hot, but is comfortable enough to shower. There were plenty of clean dry towels for the stay, plenty enough for 2 people who are staying here. The bedroom is around a bending hallway and is the only room with the A/C, so getting cool air to the far parts of the house can be challenging, the only thing I would recommend for the host is to get a small fan that can blow cold air from the hallway into the main part of the house. The sleeping situation is perfectly fine as long as you don’t mind a little bit of jungle and highway noise which gets easily drowned out if you’re a heavy sleeper; if you’re a light sleeper consider earplugs and a face mask if you don’t like the sun in your room in the morning. Other than those considerations the place is super comfy and perfect for whatever you are staying for.

Elba's place was a great stay for a small weekend getaway. Fairly close to many attractions on the northeast side of the island. We greatly appreciate the use of the beach umbrellas, chairs, and coolers which came very handy.

Excelente lugar , a 12 minutos ride to the ferry , 10 minutes to las croabas. Quiet place to rest . Washer and dryer for convenience of people traveling. I enjoy the place .

Great space close to the ferry. Lots of beach equipment for you to use. Perfect launching point for Culebra or Vieques.

Will definitely stay longer next time. We stayed for one night to catch the ferry to culebra (plan that trip at least week before, tickets are very hard to get!) but this listing was amazing. Super easy to get to, apartment was clean (bathroom was spotless) beautiful little deck area with chairs rooms were spotless. There are lots of things to do around such beautiful beaches and activities. If you are looking at this spot definitely stay here.

Amazing ocean views and close proximity to several marinas for boating adventures made this a perfect stay for our group.

This is the perfect place to stay. The pictures show exactly what it looks like, everything was perfectly placed and clean. Bath and pool towels provided, there is even a cooler and beach toys available for use which was a sweet touch for us since we traveled with children. Nelson was extremely responsive and helpful throughout check in and our stay. The pool is super conveniently located basically right out the back door. In each bedroom a drying rack and luggage holders were provided. Everything we needed or could have needed was thought of and provided which made our stay that much more enjoyable. 10/10 recommend, would absolutely stay here every time.

I have stayed here several times. The apartment is very large and met my needs. I look forward to staying here again.
