25 m2 studio, with a small bedroom (window overlooking the corridor), south-facing balcony not overlooked and with views of the mountains. Located at the entrance to Flaine Forest at 1700 meters above sea level. Parking outside the station (Paid in winter), 1.5 hours free to drop off suitcases in front of the apartment. Shops, restaurants, ski lifts and ski school 700 m walk away! Shuttle stop with a pass every 15 minutes in front of the building (In season).

2-room accommodation (bedroom/living room) peaceful and central, perfect for a couple or 3 people (bedroom + sofa bed) located 200 m from shops and 50 m from free parking. Buses/shuttles 50 m away during the season. Apartment on the 5th and top floor accessible by elevator. Beautiful panoramic mountain views. The living room table is elevated so you can eat at your ease. A heated massaging seat is available as well as a foot massager.

It is located 100 m from the slopes and 20 meters from the elevator that connects to Flaine Forum. The view of the entire estate is clear. The residence has a gallery consisting of 2 sports stores, 3 restaurants and the ESF, which is very convenient. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

An indoor swimming pool is surrounded by large windows, allowing natural light to illuminate the space. Comfortable lounge chairs are arranged along the edge of the pool. A sauna is visible near the entrance, enhancing the wellness experience.

Our stay went very well. The apartment is very well located and has a terrace that adds to the rental. Anne is a very responsive host to requests and gave us some great information. The place is quiet and relaxing with the lake nearby. We loved discovering Annecy and its surroundings. We highly recommend this accommodation and will not hesitate to rent it again if we return to the area.

This is a very nice house. It's a little smaller than the photos suggest but the layout is very good so we had enough space with seven people. The communication was good. The area is gorgeous. We were annoyed that we had only booked a week.

Not juste the location but the place in general was very nice and clean. The host is very reactive and can be joined easily if you have any issues. Wonderful stay overall.
