I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cameron's apartment in Kommitjie, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The apartment is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the stunning beach, where I enjoyed morning strolls and breathtaking sunsets. The neighborhood is charming and peaceful, providing the perfect backdrop for a tranquil escape. Cameron was an outstanding host, always available to answer questions and provide local recommendations. His attention to detail made my stay even more special, from the thoughtful welcome basket to the comfortable bedding.

Karen was an amazing host and her place is fantastic! Location is steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve been to in South Africa. Our family of 4 was perfectly comfortable in her place. Bedding was comfy. The place was absolutely spotless and kitchen was stocked with everything you might need. We can’t wait to come back again! Wonderful space! My husband and I came for a visit and fell in love with the area. The home feels so safe, cozy, and the views are unmatched! Joshua was so kind and left wine, snacks, and even groceries! Truly and incredible experience. We hope to visit again. Highly recommend!!

The place is lovely and just a few steps from the beach. Candice who checked us in was super nice. My only recommendation would be to have some emergency lights or even candles, given the consistent loadshedding in the area.

Great house in beautiful Glencairn. Very quiet, as well as being very central. Short walk to beach and restaurants made it extremely convenient. The house was very comfortable and had everything you could need to spend a relaxing week there. Sean was very helpful and reacted quickly to any query. I would thoroughly recommend this property.

The Villa was absolutely everything that we needed for this trip. It was 2 families (one with 2 kids and the other with 1 baby) and the layout and space worked perfectly. One family had the downstairs bedrooms and bathroom and we had the upstairs master bedroom and bathroom and a 2nd bedroom upstairs that we didn’t use at all. The outdoor space was amazing, which we took full advantage of. My only recommendation is supplying a few more things. Traveling from America, we didn’t travel with shampoo as we assumed the showers would have that but they didn’t. Also, there was a Nespresso machine in the kitchen, however no Nespresso pods. It wasn’t the end of the world going to purchase these things our own, it just took time away from enjoying all the offerings and space of the Villa. Overall though, we absolutely loved the Villa and our stay.

Great place to stay, super peaceful

The property is absolutely stunning. Huge house with lots of different areas to hang out. Beautifully equipped and with a fantastic view of Llandudno beach. We felt completely at home and genuinely did not want to leave. If we win the lottery this is the house we are buying. Thank you to the owner and Lou for amazing service and responsiveness to our questions and requests. We would absolutely come back to this property if we get the chance. Thank you.

Darren’s place was great! Cool decor and great views! Simonstown is a great little town with restaurants and lots of activities within a few mins drive. The grocery store is also about 5 mins away by car.

This home was comfortable with amazing views. The hosts we kind enough to come put in rechargeable globes for during loadshedding. The sunroom we loved with the floppy couches for some downtime. Hope to go back soon.

This house is exactly as advertised and Hamphrey and Yanda both were so quick to respond and assist in every way. Lisa, the lady looking after the house was so helpful, she kept the house clean, she always informed us if she went out and she assisted in extras we needed and brought us the stuff we requested even at late hours. I will be recommending the house to anyone thinking about visiting Muizenberg. We were also able to take a row on the river/canal with a canoe and paddles as part of the rental. We lived in Mel's apartment for 2 months and felt at home from day one. The apartment is in a beautiful setting and is completely secure. Access to the property, front door and apartment door are all locked separately. Kloofstreet is a few minutes walk away and we also frequently walked through Companys Garden into town. The apartment is comfortably and functionally furnished. At first we thought the kitchen was a little sparsely equipped, but we never really missed anything. The contact with Mel was just perfect. From the very first moment, all information was available and Mel checked regularly to make sure everything was ok. Fortunately, we also got to know her personally and hope that the contact will continue. I can absolutely recommend the apartment, both for short and long stays (the washing machine works perfectly). As I said, a real little home from home in Cape Town!

Anni`s flat in Camps Bay is beautifully situated - there is no better view of the Atlantic, the Lionshead and the Twelve Apostles in Cape Town. The spacious terrace gave us numerous beautiful sunsets over the sea. The flat is within walking distance of the Glen, a park bordering the Lionshead, and from there you can walk around the Lionshead. The Camps Bay Promenade is also within walking distance. The centre of Cape Town is also a 10-minute drive away. The flat is even bigger than it looks in the photos. It is very lovingly and tastefully furnished. With its large windows, one cannot miss the beautiful view of nature. The flat has a large kitchen that is perfect for cooking. A fireplace completes the excellently equipped flat. Anni and Ruan gave us a very warm welcome right from the start. They are very nice hosts and gave us lots of great tips on what to do in Cape Town and the surrounding area. We were able to ask them questions at any time. We could not have wished for nicer hosts for our time in Cape Town.

If you like sea views, it’s the best location as it was stunning especially from the terrace and main bedroom. Beach is easily accessible for a walk. Restaurants, supermarkets are just 10min away. Byron is a great host that was checking with us if all was good and if we needed something. We got help at the checkin and checkout with our luggages. We really enjoyed our time in the apartment, and we will definitely come back!

This charming, cozy, secure & tranquil 2 bed ground floor apartment with a wrap around garden & large undercover outdoor entertainment space felt like home away from home for my dogs & I during our extended stay here. The off street parking was a big bonus as parking comes at a premium in this neighbourhood. The block was clean, well maintained & secure. Nice neighbours too. The unit itself was comfortable & filled with an eclectic mix of personal art, books & antique furniture pieces. The kitchen was nicely equipped. Bedrooms were a good size with nice linen. The bathroom (overhead shower & bath) was comfortable with good water pressure & very hot water. The outdoor area & garden was where I spent most of my time. Light, green, tranquil & comfortable. The view towards Signal Hill/City was lovely & the braai/BBQ area was great. I felt like I had everything I needed during my stay & any queries I had were very quickly answered by Elsbeth. Great coffee spots, parks & shops nearby too.

This place is central, not far from CBD and great promenades such as mouille point, sea point etc. Jodie & Mignonne are such amazing hosts. They've accommodated a last minute early check-in, had the kitchen stocked up with coffee, teas and milk. If looking for a stay that feels like home, this is a perfect stay. Though closer to the heart of Cape Town it is very peaceful and you can enjoy a great morning view of the city and a quiet night sleep. I would stay here again.

Lesley is a wonderful host - very kind and welcoming. Her airbnb is one of the prettiest airbnbs we have stayed at - the views are incredible and the apartment is so cozy! We highly recommend. :)
