Beach house vacation rentals in Fiji

An absolutely amazing experience staying at Sere Ni Ika. The location is perfect and the house itself has everything you need. The housekeeper, Loata, and her family were beautiful hosts and looked after our every need during our stay (including cleaning the house, changing the beds, doing our laundry). Loata cooked some lovely Fijian meals for us and helped to organise unique experiences for us (like cooking a traditional lovo!). Would definitely recommend staying at Sere Ni ika - we will be returning for sure!

A slice of paradise worth visiting. We were there for 8 days and we could have easily stayed much longer. While the publicity photos have been tweaked a little they didn't really do justice to the venue or the location. Staff were lovely. Responsive, flexible and friendly. Communications were top notch. Never had to wait to have concerns and requests addressed. Katarina was our main contact before arrival and she was always prompt with replies. Jay was our main contact on site and he sorted our food and any other needs we had. The saltwater pool was an absolute life saver and we spent a lot of our time in and out of the water. The lagoon was amazing and so full of life it kept us entranced by all the different goings on. We timed our stay to coincide with the tides being full around midday. Worth thinking about that. All in all a brilliant holiday in an amazing location with outstanding facilities.

Brian’s place overlooks Maui Bay with lots of outside areas to enjoy the excellent views. The location is perfect for exploring the Coral Coast. The beach in front of the unit across the road is small during high tide but you can walk a mile during low tide. The pier is fun to jump off for a swim. Enjoyed our stay at Brian’s and highly recommend a visit.

We had a great stay at the Villa! Everything was perfect, very clean and comfortable, million dollar view from the deck and the pool was great to cool off and enjoy the view. It's a short walk to town for restaurants and shopping all very near by. We will definitely be back again!

This was our second stay at Agnes's place. The location is perfect. We snorkelled every day, the reef is beautiful. The house is roomy and comfortable with well equipped kitchen. They have provided reef shoes and snorkelling gear as well. Lots of linen, beach towels and a good supply of cleaning products - things you don't want to buy when you're on holiday. Rita and Sheveen were very helpful, Rita provided a delicious curry dinner. Thankyou to Agnes for accommodating us again we loved it!

Stayed 2 weeks with family of 5 (8, 10, 13). Absolutely gorgeous location. Caretaker family made us feel very welcome with unexpected treats. Having sampled a few of the eating establishments in Savusavu you could do worse than coming to a private arrangement for Maopa to provide meals for you! The wild pig curry (trapped by Joe) was succulent and delicious. Kayaks saw a lot of use, kids loved chasing crabs, beach combing and walking out at low tide to discover the marine life. I was glad to have kitted everyone out with diving gloves because the kids can and will pick up anything and everything!! If you are prepared to walk out at low tide (aqua socks recommended) you can see so much coral and fish snorkelling off the point. The water is beautiful and warm, and you can still do everything even when it's raining as the rain is lovely and warm. The caretaker family has friendly dogs who will keep you company as you wander up and down the beach, cats, goats, pigs, chickens and a rooster I couldn't quite warm to as he insisted on crowing at inconvenient times 😉 The kids got into feeding the pigs all the organic waste, and I think everyone felt a wrench at leaving Scrappy behind. Waikona is a lovely place to stay and we will have fond memories of our time in Fiji. Note that this is the tropics, and that means there will be bugs. We had all the doors open to catch the beautiful breeze, but you'll want to close everything up before you turn on the lights inside. Turn off all lights at night and all will be well. Personal repellent a must. There is also no wifi at the house, best to get a local sim and data from town (about 7FJD / week) Also, be advised there is no taxi rank outside Savusavu airport, so best to contact Joe to arrange a taxi beforehand as it gets tricky to nab one given there's no single number to call for taxis. Waikona is about 30min away from Savusavu by car, so hiring a car is advised also. We used James Rental and can recommend it

The perfect home to stay at to spend time with family and friends with in Suva. Plenty of space, great ammenities, and lovely outside areas to accommodate small family gatherings. Beautiful secure garden for kids to play outside. Perfect for our small family. The house was very clean and had all amenities required fur a comfortable stay. Sunil was a wonderful host, very response and accomodating to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyed stay at Dreamwell. Vinaka vakalevu Sunil 😊

It was an ideal and thoroughly enjoyable weekend break away from Suva. We received a warm welcome from Saleshni and her homemade curry on the Saturday evening was delicious, thankyou!

An excellent stay at a v reasonable price point. Comfortable accommodations, amazing views & ambience, spacious area with full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, living room, and huge outside balcony facing the ocean just steps away with furniture and a plunge pool. A great vacation stay and place to base out of to explore all that this part of Fiji has to offer. The former negative reviews shown here are not accurate.

The place was spacious and very nice overall. We really enjoyed our stay. One suggestion would be to add more cooking supplies in the kitchen, as it was a bit limited. Other than that, everything was great!

Was a beautiful place to stay was a super quick and simple solution when my flight was cancelled on new years eve. Fijian Local Ben was awesome and made an enjoyable experience during a stressful time.

Amazing place. It had all the amenities that we needed for our stay and was very clean. The host was a friendly and pleasant. It a great place for a family to chill, relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset. Highly recommended

The villa we booked was exactly as shown in the pictures. The house was really beautiful and clean. The service was the best I've received in Fiji. All staff were really friendly and willing to help. The check in and check out process were also very flexible and they worked to accommodate us during odd flight times. Definitely recommend this for a relaxing vacation.

We had a great time at Ucuilagi. The property is surrounded by beautiful gardens and the view is unbeatable. There’s a great little beach down the path from where you can snorkel. The house has plenty of space and is nicely laid out for a big group. The small pool is a nice addition. The manager and his wife kindly organised excursions for us and were there to help and looked well after us. It’s got what is needed without being luxurious. For example we were there in summer with very hot weather and the fans weren’t enough to keep us cool. The quality of the mattresses in some bedrooms was not good enough. These were however minor details and we loved the property.

Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotless and well-maintained, with a calm and serene atmosphere that made it easy to relax. Waisale’s Airbnb was just as described. Very much felt like home. Bedrooms were very spacious and beds were comfortable. Felt really nice to come home from town to air conditioning. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and clean, couldn’t have asked for more. Waisale was very responsive and was very flexible when I extended my stay 3 times, when I had a hard time living Fiji and when I fell ill. Would definitely book the Airbnb again when I’m in Lautoka! It really did feel like home. 🏠 Thank you Waisale for being a great Airbnb host! 😊

What a beautiful slice of paradise! A lovely beachfront home, nicely appointed with spectacular views of the ocean. The snorkeling was sublime. The two outdoor showers were a great feature. Beds were comfy. Chris was super helpful and responsive. Loved our stay on Taveuni!

Convenient and clean place.

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of magical. Each day began with the joy of friendly dogs greeting us, adding a homely touch to our mornings. A short walk led us to a hidden gem—natural hot springs nestled in the landscape, offering a serene and rejuvenating experience. Daily beach walks became a cherished routine, with the sound of waves and the feel of sand underfoot providing the perfect start and end to our days. The accommodation itself was impeccable. The layout was thoughtfully designed, maximizing space and comfort. Modern appliances throughout the property ensured convenience, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, guaranteeing restful nights. While the driveway posed a slight challenge for standard vehicles, it was a minor consideration given the overall experience. Any concerns were promptly addressed by the caretaker, who was incredibly accommodating and ensured our stay was seamless.

We had the most peaceful time at Tim’s place. Tim and Kirsty were also super responsive whenever we needed anything or had any questions. We spent most of our time in the hammocks, and grilling up fish using their bbq. Loved it here and would definitely come back!

Once I arrived in town, Mario had a taxi pick me up and bring me to the location which was easy and convenient. He had his taxi driver able to pick me up anytime I needed, the location and the view was spectacular. The accommodations were wonderful, and Mario was an amazing host.

Very good stop to take a break in between activities on our way back to Nadi
