Villa vacation rentals in Fife

We really enjoyed our stay in North Berwick. The house was so handy for everything. With shops and restaurants on the same street and an easy walk to the station and the beach. There was no issues with noise and we loved relaxing in the conservatory during the day and the lounge in the evening. We would definitely book again.

We were 2 families comprising of 4 adults and 3 teenage boys spending some time together for New Year. The house was a perfect location and had everything we needed to cook our meals. The beds were very comfortable and linens felt luxurious. There was just so much space in the house that it was so easy to find somewhere to spend time together or alone depending on the mood. Our boys particularly loved the living room with a huge TV and reclining sofas. We didn’t spend any time in the garden given the weather but it looked lovely and fairly private. None of us wanted to leave!

Excellent stay, house was massive inside. Loved everything about it from the host to the amazingly comfortable beds. So easy to walk into town and nearby brown and blacks restaurant in Scone was recommended and it was so good. Friendly host and so thoughtful to have cereals, coffee etc - such a wee bonus. Highly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay at the Deck House. Great location in St Monans with amazing views out to sea, right next to the Fife Coastal Path. The property itself has enough of a "wow" factor to make the stay feel special. Some might feel that some of the furnishings are a bit tired for a "high end" rental but we actually find it easier to relax when everything isn't completely pristine! Debbie was very responsive to our queries. We would definitely recommend the Deck House for a peaceful break in a beautiful part of the world.

The house was spotless. The hot tub ready for use on arrival which I he family appreciated. Not far to the harbour and therefore a short walk to the pubs and restaurants. Would recommend it to anybody for a stay.

I can’t say enough about this place and how lovely Ian and Flo were in being such great hosts. Not only was the house fantastic but they were so kind and helpful… It was like staying with good friends.!
