There is grass + outdoor areas, and the house has two bedrooms, a large living room + conservatory, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and toilet. There is WiFi in the house, but no TV as we invite you to enjoy peace, nature experiences, socializing and lovely conversations!

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗

Welcome to our cozy one room apartment in the countryside. The apartment is located in a separate annex in connection with our house (we have two Airbnb apartments in the same annex). So you have your own place with a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a small green space. The terrace and the green space is shared with the other apartment in the annex. Lovely annex in Denmark's highest village, overlooking Himmelbjerget. Sorring is surrounded by beautiful, hilly nature, where there is plenty of opportunity for walking and cycling. There is a bike path all the way to Silkeborg. Transport time from Sorring is only 15-30 minutes drive to Silkeborg, Skanderborg and Aarhus, respectively. Sorring is a 5-10 minute drive from the Aarhus-Herning highway. There is a 5-10 minute walk to shopping.
