Es una casita preciosa y súper tranquila. El patio es muy bonito, con su pequeña piscina y flores. El dormitorio redondo es muy original.

Mickael, was there to greet us when first arrived, and showed us around the unit. There was a nice welcome package of wine, beer & snacks. The accommodation was very clean and well appointed. Was great to have the washing machine available within the unit, and outside drying facilities. Bathroom had a good size walk in shower and was very clean. There were rural noises, which is pretty normal for this area of the Algarve, dogs & cockerels, which we soon learned to tune out during our stay. We had a hire car to get around the area and recommend to anyone else staying here to do the same. The unit was a nice size for two adults for 3 weeks, it could sleep 4, however, this would have been cramped.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Loft. It really felt like a little piece of paradise! We loved how immersed in nature it felt & particularly enjoyed the outdoor kitchen, being able to watch the sunset every night from the terrace & being able to make our own freshly squeezed orange juice from the plentiful oranges. The daily visits from the dogs was also a joy. Jurgen & his parents were lovely hosts. Lots of places to visit nearby & great eating recommendations too. We will definitely be back!

Super nette Eltern, die in dieser Zeit auch im „Nachbarshaus“ waren. Sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und liebevoll. Wir haben das sehr genossen, dass sie auch noch eine zeitlang dort waren. War schön. Toll auch, dass von der Unterkunft so viel zu Fuss erreichbar war. Auch der grosszügige Umschwung, den wir bei Sonnenschein nutzten zum Frühstücken und erholen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Vielen lieben Dank für diese schöne Zeit!

We were the only guests at Quinta del Tempo so we had the lovely garden to ourselves. It was lovely to come back to the house after a day out and to relax in the garden, listening to multiple nightingales, not to mention the frogs. The view all the way to the coast was wonderful. The tiny house was very comfortable, very clean and kept in good repair. There is plenty of garden furniture to use. Jorge was very helpful. We were only a mile or 2 from Monchique where there is a supermarket.

Echt een geweldig verblijf. Zo sfeervol en mooi. Het is een heerlijke plek met veel privacy. Ook heel leuk voor kinderen.

We had such a great stay. Proximity to two beaches was amazing for keeping two kids entertained and very easy to get a ferry into the city to explore. Super nice space, well kitted out to cook and relax. Manuel very helpful and responsive 👍

We felt right at home from the start. Clear instructions to get there, even though it could be tricky as off the beaten track. Warm and helpful, open-minded family with great sense of humour. Go an extra mile to accommodate and help if they can. Violeta is a great cook. Johnathan always asked how we were and gave great tips on hiking trails. Small touches - both human and practical. Their daughter Isabella - a world-class surfer, was also helpful and led hikes and movement sessions in the open yoga space. African kitchen near our little cottage was spacious and guests could use it to cook in if their own accommodation didn't have cooking facilities. Everyone was wonderful. Violeta even lent me paints to capture the beautiful scenery around. We'll be back.

I had an amazing stay at Talurdo! The area is very secluded and calming. It was so relaxing to walk around, chill in the hangmat, sweat in the sauna, look at the stars … Chris and David are the most lovely hosts. 10/10 would reccommend for a detox getaway in nature.

Ein absolut magischer Ort – perfekt, um abzuschalten und ganz in die Natur einzutauchen! Die Unterkunft ist total romantisch und gemütlich, man spürt sofort eine besondere Atmosphäre. Die Naturdusche war definitiv ein Highlight, genauso wie das gemeinsame Kochen unter dem Sternenhimmel – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis! Die Strände in der Umgebung sind traumhaft schön, und obwohl man mitten in der Natur ist, hatten wir kaum Probleme mit Insekten – ein bisschen Natur gehört eben dazu. Max war super erreichbar und hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! 🌳✨ – Santana & Nils

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Das stilvolle Ferienhaus liegt in einem ruhigen, authentischen Dorf und war für uns der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um jeden Tag neue Strände und charmante Restaurants entlang der Küste zu entdecken - mit dem Auto alles innerhalb kurzer Zeit super erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war liebevoll eingerichtet, top ausgestattet und man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Besonders die Dachterrasse war ein Highlight – hier haben wir jeden Morgen gefrühstückt, mit Blick über die Dächer des Dorfes. Es war genau die Ruhe und Ursprünglichkeit, die wir uns gewünscht haben. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die das echte Portugal erleben möchten!

What an amazing place. The stars, the nature, the hosts. We barely left the place as it was too good to miss and such a tranquil, well thought out space. We will most certainly be back, as soon as we can. It's a simple place, and you have to be prepared to do water runs etc. so a car is essential. But Chris and David will help and advise where necessary. Away from touristy spots, a truly unique place with the most serene vibe.

Wow! Tout d’abord, que dire de la gentille de Ellen. Elle nous a accueillis chaleureusement et nous a fait visiter le logement. Elle a pris le temps de nous suggérer des activités ainsi que des restaurants dans les alentours. Elle nous a même envoyé plusieurs informations utiles par texto. Elle avait également des collations et des breuvages au froid. Nous nous sommes sentis rapidement à l’aise. Le logement est comme sur les photos. C’est extrêmement bien décoré et paisible. L’endroit est magnifique et est parfait pour relaxer avec les bruits de la nature tout autour. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié également qu’il y ait des accessoires de plage à notre disposition. Cela a été très pratique. Bref, nous avons adoré notre court séjour et y reviendrons certainement si nous revenons dans la région. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour des vacances en toute tranquillité!

It was a pleasure to stay in this beautiful space. Eike and Anna and their family were the warmest, kindest hosts, full of helpful local suggestions and very responsive. The flowers and welcome basket were lovely touches. Attention to detail is excellent, the property is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Two great showers and lots of towels. The location is stunning. We loved eating meals on the terrace with views across the valley, playing basketball, swimming in the pool under the stars, the outdoor shower, using the hammock and exploring the local area. The family have dogs and cats which our kids loved as they were all very gentle and friendly. It’s a 20 minute drive to local shops and restaurants, and the road up to the house is a typical mountain road. Would highly recommend staying here, our teenage daughter described it as “paradise”.

A cozy, eco-friendly place surrounded by nature. Thoughtfully designed with minimal waste, fully equipped, and very comfortable. Delicious açaí bowls option for breakfast. Close to very nice Burgau beach.

We had a great stay. The tiny house has a beautiful view and the inside looks exactly as described. Katrin was very helpful, answering any questions we had. The road up to the house on the hill is quite bumpy ans steep, but the view is worth it! Approximately 20 minutes from the house (the end is a bit rocky and steep) there is a beach that is almost like a private beach with very little people, very idyllic!

One of the most amazing Airbnb experiences. I could not think of a better accommodation for those who like to surf. My boyfriend and I loved the ease of access to the beach for a quick surf sesh, outdoor shower and space to leave surfboards and hang wetsuits. Outdoor space was also perfectly set up for soaking up the sun and having meals including bbq. Inside the little house you will find anything you need for 2 ppl vacation including beach towels. Full kitchen set up (including complimentary olive oil, vinaigrette, salt and pepper). Bathroom with nice hot shower and great pressure. Ample amount of closet space. Let’s not forget a great beach view from all the windows including cute little side door lookout window which was extremely helpful for quick morning surf checks. Host super nice and accommodating! Would love to stay here again!

If you are looking for peace and beautiful nature the "little house" is for you. Picking oranges from the trees in the morning was just magical! The sound of the bees humming in the trees, the little geckos and sitting on the veranda with a glass of wine was bliss. The total privacy, the stars at night and the hammock made for a perfect holiday. Perfect little cabin, super clean, comfy bed and enough kitchen equipment to make meals was just perfect. Great full sized fridge and freezer. I loved the little outside kitchen and bathroom. Jacqueline and Rudd were super friendly, flexible with check in/out. Beautiful Silves is a short drive away as are the beaches of the Algarve. It would be a good idea to print out instructions to the "little house" before you arrive as there is totally no signal en route to it. Stop off at the snack bar on the way for some great piri piri chicken! Also pack a freezer bag to buy frozen goods etc from the nearby supermarkets.

Best of both worlds, close to highly frequented beaches, caves, trails, but still in the quiet countryside, with only birds to listen to. Great retreat also to reenergize for a couple or for one.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.. l’homme de service sur place ainsi que la dame pour le service et l’entretien était courtois et à notre écoute .. toujours souriant ! Merci à Rodrigo et João qui nous on répondu rapidement et dans les règles de l’art lors de la réservation ainsi que pendant notre séjour. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous recommandons Homeboat pour un séjour d’exception !

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei Joao. Das Tiny Haus ist bestens eingerichtet und gepflegt.Die wunderbare ,zentrale und ruhige Lage im idyllischen Garten ist herrlich. Joao ist jederzeit hilfsbereit und sehr sympatisch. Es war alles perfekt ,vielen Dank Joao für deine hervorragende Gastfreundschaft. Liebe Grüße von Anruth und Walter

Casa Gaia is another world, a santuary for horses and some dogs, lead by the calm and friendly Marine. This is where your unconsious mind comes to the surface again. Where the horses greet you at your porch and show you that nature can be found within you.

We felt very warm and welcome in the cosy Casa Joia. We enjoyed the beautiful garden, the salt water pool and had delicious barbecue. Thank you Hetty and Patrick for the excellent hospitality. Send also our warm greetings to your intern, who did an excellent job! We would recommend 💯!
