The apartment is as described, from the terrace sea view on one side and mountain view on the other, everything is very clean and close enough to Bastia, we had a great time.

This is our third stay with Laurence. We particularly appreciate the location of the apartment in the heart of L'île Rousse. Well-equipped, very clean and in a small quiet building, we won't look elsewhere!

Liana's place was as described, renovated and carefully furnished!! Liana is a responsive host who doesn't hesitate to respond and recommend great places!! We would not hesitate to call on her again if we had to go to Bastia a second time.

ideally located in the city center in the middle of restaurants and shops - very quiet also because very well insulated - very clean - very well furnished - very well equipped - Note: 50 steps lead to the accommodation and 17 others make it up - not necessarily a negative point but rather a specificity to know - terrace and kitchen with views of the beach on one side and the mountain on the other, beautiful!

The location is absolutely perfect and the apartment is very spacious. This more of a serviced apartment than an Airbnb (which is a good thing). The address on their listing is not accurate (at the time of our booking). Call the staff to get the right address before you put it on the GPS. Other than that little hiccup, this place is just perfect to enjoy Porto Ôta and explore the Scandola reserve and surrounding areas by boat.

Comfortable apartment equipped clean and well furnished, double French bed comfortable even if a little tight. Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Outside the center, but close, with a dedicated parking space. Definitely recommended

We had a great time at the house offered by Anne Charlotte and her husband, The house is peaceful, tastefully decorated and with a magnificent view not overlooked. The heated pool is a pleasure for both children and adults. Our hosts were very warm, attentive and above all very accommodating. We would happily stay again for our next vacation in Calvi. Thank you again for your hospitality and kindness.

All as described, very nice accommodation 👍🏽 House is on a busy street, but at night it is very quiet. The beach is a few minutes' walk. Victoria is very accommodating and communicative.

We spent 11 days at Laurence's place. The place was very clean, very pleasant and quiet. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the terrace is lovely too. The accommodation is 2 steps from the pool which is very convenient, 15 min walk to the beautiful beach of Lozari and possibility to get there even faster by car if you wish. Right next door is also an area with shops for shopping, ice cream, drinks, etc. We had a baby and Laurence planned everything! We had a crib, baby sheets, bath towels for small children and a high chair. The stay was superb, we'll be happy to go back!!

We spent 3 nights there the location to visit Calvi is perfect away from the city but quite close by car. The accommodation is well equipped, clean and the terrace is nice for meals. We had a great time, quiet in this house with sea views from the terrace. The house was clean, the beds comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Careful decor. The town of Ile Rousse is a ten-minute drive away. We'll be happy to go back to this house the next time we're in Balagne! Thanks again to Sophie for her flexibility and kindness.

Beautiful place, the view from the pool is exceptional. Please note that this is a swimming pool to share with another listing. This was by no means an obstacle, and we took advantage of it. We'll be happy to go back

Booking for one night, very clean accommodation and friendly welcome. I recommend this rental.

Jean-Marie is rich in proposing outings near his place, which helps prepare for the stay. The accommodation is perfectly located, close to the sea with walking access to a clean and rather quiet beach despite the high season. Among the amenities, air conditioning was more than welcome during the stay! As well as the electric vehicle charging socket that made our stay easier after an unexpected change of our renter. I want to clarify that the upstairs rooms are still very attic. Once you walk through the door, it's hard to stand. It's important to know this for tall people. The rental of childcare equipment was also an asset that made our trip easier with a 16-month-old child.

We had a lovely stay, the accommodation is spacious and very well-equipped. We particularly enjoyed the brightness and the superb view between the mountains and the sea. A real pleasure to be surrounded by nature, in a quiet place, with access within a very reasonable time to the coast or the surrounding villages... Super quiet apartment but close to the center of Saint-Florent and the beach (pebbles). The accommodation is well-equipped (barbecue, deckchairs, garden furniture, TV, washing machine and dryer, cleaning products, etc.) and the terrace with pool is very nice. Alice makes herself available at the slightest difficulty.

Natalie who manages the property has always been responsive before and during the rental, it's important. The apartment is much bigger than the photos suggest, we were comfortable there. It is a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach and 15 minutes to the center of Calvi, the environment is quite quiet except for a room overlooking the road ( if you are sensitive to noise, that's to be taken into account), it bothered my wife but not me. the apartment is well equipped, very colorful, it changes white and gray standardized... only one improvement is the mattress of the large bedroom which is in a bowl in a square and too soft, we are sensitive to it and like firmer bedding. other than that it's perfect, if we come back to Calvi and the apartment is free, we will rent it without hesitation.

The accommodation is very pleasant, clean, with a magical view, and very well-equipped. It is close to the city center 10 min walk, and close to a shopping center 5 min walk. There is a large garage in the basement, the residence is very new. This place is perfect for a stay on Île Rousse. The concierge service offers good activities and good restaurant addresses. I would recommend this place, we loved it.
