Περάσαμε τέλεια !! Το σπίτι είναι εξοπλισμένο με τα πάντα για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή, καθαρό και περιποιημένο όπως οι φωτογραφίες. Κατάλληλο για οικογένεια με παιδιά. Νιώθεις ασφάλεια καθώς δεν υπάρχει πρόσβαση σε κάποιον να μπει. Είναι ήσυχο σε φανταστική τοποθεσία με ωραία θέα η θάλασσα μόλις λίγα μέτρα μακριά. Υπάρχουν super market στα 2 χιλιόμετρα. Είναι σίγουρο ότι θα ξανά έρθουμε και είδη το προτείναμε σε φίλους! Ευχαριστούμε για την διαμονή Κα. Ναντια , έχετε κάνει πολύ καλή δουλειά !

Amazing stay, the house is small, but well organised, the yard is simply gorgeous. We stayed in the beginning of May and there were ripe oranges and lemons and they were the best we’ve ever had. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were some great decorations and small touches. The nearest coffee shop/bakery was about 10-15 min walk but by car everything including shops and the Patra centre was super close.

This place was hands down the best we, or anyone in our group, have ever stayed at. It's absolutely beautiful, modern, and offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space, including a fantastic outdoor kitchen that's perfect for groups. We loved absolutely everything about this place - the breathtaking views, the comfortable accommodations, and the charming nearby town of Epivadros. We used this location as our starting point to explore various nearby places, and there's even a beach just a short drive from the villa. Chrysthania was incredibly generous with the amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked, and she even surprised us with cold drinks. She went above and beyond and arranged us with a delicious dinner in the villa on our first night as we got to the villa around midnight after a long day. With plenty of room to accommodate all 14 of us in comfort and luxury, we can't recommend this place enough

C’est un très bel appartement avec une vue extraordinaire. Tout était fidèle à la description. L’accès à l’appartement est un peu une aventure puisqu’il faut monter la cote en empruntant un tout petit chemin mais on finit pas s’y habituer. Bienvenue en Grèce! Moi j’en ai pas eu besoin, mais Ilias a offert de me guider sur ce chemin à mon arrivée. Vraiment un bel accueil! D’ailleurs je dois dire que les hôtes sont très disponibles et ont réagi rapidement à notre unique demande (je n’arrivais pas à ouvrir le sofa-lit. Nektaria est venue m’aider et a réglé le problème très rapidement). J’y retournerais sans problème surtout si Ilias installe un chauffe-eau pour la piscine qui était un peu froide (voyage au mois de mai. On s’est quand même baigné à chaque jour 😉)

Wir hatten einen absolut wundervollen Aufenthalt von vier Nächten im April in diesem tollen Haus in Poulitra! Die Gastgeber, Maher und Claudia, waren unglaublich zuvorkommend und freundlich – wir haben uns sofort sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus selbst ist einfach fantastisch und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragend ausgestattete Küche, in der das Kochen wirklich Freude bereitet hat. Eine besonders nette Geste war das feine Olivenöl, das wir von den Gastgebern geschenkt bekommen haben. Auch der Grill und der Pool waren ein echtes Highlight und haben unsere Zeit dort noch schöner gemacht. Wir können dieses Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Magnifique emplacement pour cette belle maison de pierre qui surplombe la baie de Kyparissi. La maison est très bien pour accueillir jusqu’à 6 personnes, avec deux salles de bain et une belle terrasse.

This was by far one of the top Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. Nikolaos was extremely kind and welcoming. The house and grounds are gorgeous. Orange & lemon trees in bloom during our stay in April were heavenly. The scents, the views of Palmidi were something to behold. All of the privacy you could ask for yet 5 min to town for everything. We would definitely come back and recommend to all. The kids loved it. Outdoor movie at night was so fun. The bathroom is spa level perfection. Absolutely stunning. And Nikolaos left us a bountiful gift food basket of local delicacies, wine & more. Wow…. All other hosts should take a tip from this host. Simply the best. Thank you SO much for the memories :)

I would give this beautiful apartment and Labrini more than 5 stars if I could. Everything was thought of, the presentation was flawless and a lot of thought had gone into providing an elegant but comfortable home away from home. The beds and linens were perfect and the welcome gift of home made goodies was a lovely touch. We were very sad to leave to continue our exploration of Greece but if it weren’t so far away from home, I’d love to return for longer. Thank you for a memorable stay, Labrini and Christos.

La casa è molto bella e curata nei dettagli, fornita anche di tutto il necessario per le prime necessità. L’host è stato molto proattivo: abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema e si è subito attivato per risolverlo. Nea Epidavros è un paesino abbastanza semplice, ma spostandosi con l’auto si raggiungono il sito di Micene e spiagge veramente stupende, poco frequentate

An impressive and comfortable home in an enchanting port side village. The spacious house is beautiful both inside and out. Stella, the host, was extremely nice, very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would happily stay in this wonderful house again.

Lovely villa in a beautiful location, perfect for a more peaceful holiday. Well equipped kitchen, rooms as described and shown. The hosts and the person who tends the pool and property were all very helpful during our stay, and beforehand too. We spent several days relaxing at the villa, the suggested local beach which was delightful and had a nice bar/ restaurant on the promenade. Great location if you’d like to day trip to Delphi or any of the other more rural attractions that are relatively close. Would definitely stay again! Note that if you’re bringing toddlers or young children there is a spiral staircase to the upstairs which has very wide gaps in the railings and therefore needs watching with a keen eye, as the child could very easily tumble straight off the staircase from any step without adult support. We managed a week there with a toddling 1yr old fine, however, so it’s just something to be aware of.

An amazing castle like home over a very large olive gorge overlooking the ocean. Absolutely stunning scenery all around us. Home had all the amenities one would hope for and then some. Very large space for our family of 9. Pool and hot tub were a hit plus tons of games including foosball and ping ball. The upper deck was perfect for sunsets. And while we did not use they had this amazing wood fire BBQ and sitting area one could use. The location was great. We were basically on side of mountain in a secluded area but close enough to small villages and beaches. Lots of tavernas within 10 mins…4 tavernas within 1/4 mile (although 2 were closed due to slow season). Getting into Kalamata city center was about 25 mins and well worth it. Ann provided several suggestions on her Airbnb page. While there is taxi service i would highly recommend having your own vehicle Ann has a local host, Joanna, helping out and was super helpful and very responsive. Don’t hesitate to rent this place!

Our host was amazing. The house is beautiful. Our host told us a great restaurant for dinner and a bakery for breakfast. Would recommend this place to others.

We had the best time in Bedrock,loved the peaceful atmosphere and being surrounded by the olive trees.The villa was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated.Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home!Spiros communication was seamless and he was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.He provided excellent tips on local eateries and beaches.Airport transport was arranged and the host was flexible with our checkout time. Spiros stocked the kitchen with essentials and welcomed us with a delicious wine, fresh fruits and water.All essentials were provided and fully equipped. The villa is safe and well located, short distance to the beaches and tavernas. You can hear the sound of waves from the villa at night. The pool was maintained and the villa got cleaned up couple of time during our stay. Thank you very much Spiros and your wife for the hospitality and we hope to come back soon!This villa and the host is highly recommended

Our family of 7 (with 2 young children) had a wonderful stay. We had plenty of room with lots of space inside and out. Beautiful, clean pool and outdoor kitchen were great. The resident pup was a hit with the kids! Beautiful views of sunrise and sunset and the lit Palamidi. We felt right at home from the start. John was very responsive with answers to our questions and the caretakers were there to help as well. The villa is an easy drive to Nafplio for restaurants and shopping. Close to beaches. Thoroughly enjoyed an afternoon at Axion Esti bee farm, learning about honey and beekeeping. I would gladly come back here on our next trip to the area.

It's just a piece of paradise! The villa and the surroundings are divinely picturesque! It's well located on the hill top that allows you to see the sea from three sides! Villa is fully completed with everything that you can be in need of! The rooms are spacious and very authentically decorated. The cute and refreshing pool is even larger than on photos! The kitchen is like fully equipped with every small detail! Julia and Stavros were so sweet and welcoming! They gave us good tips about places to visit and to eat. All the time we were given some cute things from them: freshly cooked local dishes, her own olives and olive oil, home eggs and herbs. They've advised us great beaches and islands, as well as cute tavernas. We are absolutely sure that we'll come back to this wonderful villa and its surroundings!

Our holiday in this house was beyond our expectations. Finding the place clean and all essentials inside, the stay was truly comfortable and easy. The owner of the house was very responsive to all our questions, and kind. Location of the house is also perfect; just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and very convenient to restaurants in which you can find great Greek cousine. I highly recommend this property for anyone who seeks a calm holiday in a well-cared-for home in such a convenient setting as well as a a beautiful beach and the sea. Hope to visit there again !

Wir hatten so eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft! Martha ist super lieb und kümmert sich um alles:) Die Unterkunft ist wundervoll, ich kann es nur empfehlen! Wir durften sogar am Abreisetag noch bis abends (ohne dafür zu zahlen) in der Unterkunft bleiben, weil unser Flug erst spät kam. Wunderbar

Felt well taken care of. Host was easy to reach with any question. Amazing views. Could not be beat. Of course, there are lots of things to see in the area, but we did not wish to leave the view, so we still have most of these on our to do list for a future visit. The villa has ample space. No clutter, but everything one needs. Space is arranged to maximise the view. Quite private. Not overlooked. Couldn't think of anything to improve.

This days we stayed at Nektaria’s place were magical… The place is beautiful, had everything you need, clean, well decorated… it felt unreal to be honest! Nektaria gave us really good tips, she is a fantastic host! We had 3 small kids with us that had the time of their life in the swimming pool and beach. It felt very private and comfortable, exactly what we needed. I hope to come back as soon as possible, as this is by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed. Thank you Nektaria, for everything.

We had a great holiday with our family, including our 2 year old grandson. The setting is lovely - surrounded by olive groves and very secluded. There is other accommodation nearby, but we weren't really aware of it. It's a short walk into the village, with a few shops and restaurants, and a very short walk to the beach, which, when we were there in late May, was very quiet. The beach was sheltered and ideal for children. There were beach bars and sunbeds nearby. The garden and the pool were lovely - the pool was beautifully cleaned every day. The house was cleaned twice during our stay to a high standard. The house itself was very comfortable, well equipped and had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the gas barbecue. Helen and Spyros were very quick to respond to any queries that we had and to help us deal with a couple of minor problems. They were very helpful and provided a travel cot, high chair, baby bath and baby monitor. They provided a bespoke welcome pack.
