Villa vacation rentals in Fanaraki

Our family of 7 (with 2 young children) had a wonderful stay. We had plenty of room with lots of space inside and out. Beautiful, clean pool and outdoor kitchen were great. The resident pup was a hit with the kids! Beautiful views of sunrise and sunset and the lit Palamidi. We felt right at home from the start. John was very responsive with answers to our questions and the caretakers were there to help as well. The villa is an easy drive to Nafplio for restaurants and shopping. Close to beaches. Thoroughly enjoyed an afternoon at Axion Esti bee farm, learning about honey and beekeeping. I would gladly come back here on our next trip to the area.

We had a great week at Konstantinos' place. The house and garden are super well maintained and very clean - the location great - directly across from the beach and a small harbor. You will find many tavernas within walking distance. Konstantinos was super nice and hospitable he always gave us tips and asked in between if we needed anything and on the last day there was even a little surprise. We really felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this stunning villa in Nafpaktos! The property is brand new, beautifully designed, and built with top-quality materials—it’s clear that every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The two spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms made it perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The villa is not only stylish but also incredibly functional, with everything we needed for a home-away-from-home experience. From the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living space and serene outdoor area, everything was pristine and tastefully done. A special thank you to our wonderful host, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. So kind, responsive, and genuinely caring—it truly made all the difference. Communication was seamless, and any questions we had were answered right away with warmth and generosity. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly. A lovely villa, in a green and quiet environment, but close at the same time to the center of Diakopto. The house is even nicer than the photos, with a great view to the sea. Equipped like being at home, with lots of treats (breakfast items, soft drinks, water, beers, wine, beverages, generally you don't need something and not find it!). Spotlessly clean, well-maintained and well-lit outdoor spaces, large garden to play pets, good quality mattresses, bathrooms with large bathtubs, functional kitchen (free oven with hot plates and fridge freezer), privacy and nature everywhere (olive groves and citrus trees inside and around the estate), adequate heating, impeccable communication with the owner. One of the best airbnb spaces I've hosted. Thank you so much we will definitely visit you again!

Andreas was an amazing host and always communicative. The Orange Garden Villa is gorgeous, private, and close enough to Sparti to still feel like there's a lot to do. Andreas also sent us a list of local recommendations beforehand. Would highly recommend staying here and we would stay here again!

I would give this beautiful apartment and Labrini more than 5 stars if I could. Everything was thought of, the presentation was flawless and a lot of thought had gone into providing an elegant but comfortable home away from home. The beds and linens were perfect and the welcome gift of home made goodies was a lovely touch. We were very sad to leave to continue our exploration of Greece but if it weren’t so far away from home, I’d love to return for longer. Thank you for a memorable stay, Labrini and Christos.

I've been to my shares of Airbnb through my travels, and this is by far, the best experience I've had. Dimitris and Frosso are exceptional hosts. Made sure we had supplies upon arrival, and are exceptional at communicating. Dimitris gave fantastic local recommendations, provided insightful tips, and even helped arranged my 50th birthday dinner on a holiday when most restaurants were closed. We ended up hanging out with them every morning and had incredibly interesting chats. Wished we got to stay longer and hope to be back again in the future!

An impressive and comfortable home in an enchanting port side village. The spacious house is beautiful both inside and out. Stella, the host, was extremely nice, very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would happily stay in this wonderful house again.

Lovely villa in a beautiful location, perfect for a more peaceful holiday. Well equipped kitchen, rooms as described and shown. The hosts and the person who tends the pool and property were all very helpful during our stay, and beforehand too. We spent several days relaxing at the villa, the suggested local beach which was delightful and had a nice bar/ restaurant on the promenade. Great location if you’d like to day trip to Delphi or any of the other more rural attractions that are relatively close. Would definitely stay again! Note that if you’re bringing toddlers or young children there is a spiral staircase to the upstairs which has very wide gaps in the railings and therefore needs watching with a keen eye, as the child could very easily tumble straight off the staircase from any step without adult support. We managed a week there with a toddling 1yr old fine, however, so it’s just something to be aware of.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Enervillas! The villa was immaculate, with stunning views and every modern comfort you could ask for. The private pool was a true highlight, offering a serene and luxurious experience surrounded by nature. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The eco-friendly design of the villa added an extra touch, knowing we were staying in a space that respects the environment. The location was perfect – close to beautiful Kalogria Beach and other local attractions like Ancient Olympia, which we loved exploring. It was the ideal combination of relaxation and adventure. We highly recommend Enervillas for anyone looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and eco-conscious retreat. We will definitely be coming back!

This is by far the most incredible villa we’ve ever stayed in! Every single detail has been thoughtfully designed and perfectly executed — it’s clear how much care was put into every corner of the place. Communication with the host was excellent; she was super helpful and responsive to any question or need we had throughout our stay and before. The villa itself is extremely well-maintained and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. Highly recommended!

Our host was amazing. The house is beautiful. Our host told us a great restaurant for dinner and a bakery for breakfast. Would recommend this place to others.

It's just a piece of paradise! The villa and the surroundings are divinely picturesque! It's well located on the hill top that allows you to see the sea from three sides! Villa is fully completed with everything that you can be in need of! The rooms are spacious and very authentically decorated. The cute and refreshing pool is even larger than on photos! The kitchen is like fully equipped with every small detail! Julia and Stavros were so sweet and welcoming! They gave us good tips about places to visit and to eat. All the time we were given some cute things from them: freshly cooked local dishes, her own olives and olive oil, home eggs and herbs. They've advised us great beaches and islands, as well as cute tavernas. We are absolutely sure that we'll come back to this wonderful villa and its surroundings!

Such a great place to stay at. We absolutely loved the apartment. It is located in the middle of some olive tree gardens and about 150 m from a very private slightly stony beach. From the huge balcony you can hear the waves crashing to shore. The apartment is exactly as shown on the pictures and might have been one of the most well-equipped AirBnBs we have had. The fantastic pool area is used exclusively by the guests during their stay and offers many seating areas, a BBQ and outdoor showers as well. The owners are very friendly and even left us some pomegranates from their garden. If you need help or tips for local restaurants they are quick to help. Kyparissia is a great place for many different trips - most of them are only about 1h drive away - Olympia, several waterfalls, many beautiful beaches. Additionally, there are two supermarkets just before you turn off from the main road providing you with everything you need .We would absolutely come back again :)

Our holiday in this house was beyond our expectations. Finding the place clean and all essentials inside, the stay was truly comfortable and easy. The owner of the house was very responsive to all our questions, and kind. Location of the house is also perfect; just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and very convenient to restaurants in which you can find great Greek cousine. I highly recommend this property for anyone who seeks a calm holiday in a well-cared-for home in such a convenient setting as well as a a beautiful beach and the sea. Hope to visit there again !

Godelieve's place was fantastic. She was super communicative, helped us arrange a rental car (which will be needed to get to a local town as taxis are hard to come by), and made us feel right at home. Beyond that, the home itself is great. Everyone had room to do their own thing individually and there were plenty of communal spaces that feel comfortable and intimate. Highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing time off the Greece coast.

Felt well taken care of. Host was easy to reach with any question. Amazing views. Could not be beat. Of course, there are lots of things to see in the area, but we did not wish to leave the view, so we still have most of these on our to do list for a future visit. The villa has ample space. No clutter, but everything one needs. Space is arranged to maximise the view. Quite private. Not overlooked. Couldn't think of anything to improve.

This place was one of the best Airbnb’s I visited so far. It was exactly as advertised so splendid in all ways. Christina is a very friendly host, checking in every now and then without being pushy. The house is as big as it looks on the pictures.

We absolutely loved staying at Alex’s place! It was clean and had everything we needed. The views are simply amazing! Water on every side. There is a beach that is walkable! The pool was perfect. It was a bit windy to enjoy it at times, but still a gorgeous spot. We loved being away from the busyness of everything. The mattresses were not the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in, but not unbearable.
