Very nice apartment with plenty of space and great views. Good kitchen & equipment, garage, small gym etc. The apartment complex is quiet and well kept, neighbors seem to be retired people. Helpful & friendly host, local tips, flexible check-in and out. Very good experience and recommended for people looking for a nice, quality apartment in a peaceful area!

The apartment is nice, very spacious, clean in very quiet area. Night silence is from 9pm to 8am, sometimes it is hard to do if you have children. The neighbours who live next door are not very friendly. One gentleman went for a walk with a small dog without a leash and the dog wanted to greet us with joy and jumped on our son and scratched his leg, if someone does not have control over their own dog, they should keep it on a leash. The owners of the apartment are very nice and helpful, the only minus is the older neighbours who make up rules for themselves, you have to be very quiet, because they may not like what you are doing.

Our stay at Olesya's place was great. Her husband met us and gave us very clear instructions. Olesya kindly allowed us to check in early. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There is some noise from a nearby restaurant/bar in the daytime and evening but had no noise disturbing us at night. We were happy to have a decent grocery store very close by and a larger one 15 minute walk away. This area is well serviced by public buses which we used frequently. The kitchen was well equiped and the apartment was well stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, laundry soap, a few food items, a beach umbrella, etc. The pool is not heated so it was very cold when we were there. The beach was close by and we really enjoyed the area with lots of lovely walks. We had a great view of La Gomera from the balcony and enjoyed some nice sunsets. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We loved our 9-day stay here! We knew the area already from a trip last year where we stayed somewhere else. It was a great place for us, had everything we needed, and was excellently located for the beaches, restaurants and the bus stop from the airport is very close by. There’s a handy 24 hour market almost on the doorstep and a large Mercadona a few minutes away. The view from the large terrace was outstanding, big the sea, La Gomera and Teide. We really enjoyed our time, very relaxing! Communication was great before we arrived, we had no questions during our stay, everything went so smoothly. Thanks!

Had the most amazing week at Susana’s apartment! The place itself was very clean and well equipped and had everything you need. The heated private pool was great and we used it every day with the option of having a larger community pool also. The apartment is in a lovely area with some great restaurants, it was very peaceful and very secure in a gated community which felt very safe. Also has a secure car park. The host was very helpful and responsive and recommended we hire a car from Cicar which we did and we were able to explore the whole island and go to Loro parque and Siam Park. Would recommend getting a car to explore different areas but local restaurants and local beach are about a 15 minute walk away also. Overall a fantastic apartment and area and we would love to come back!

we (gezin met twee kinderen van 4 en 1 jaar) hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in Palm Mar. De accomodatie heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, ook voor de kinderen een kinderstoel, bedje, beddengoed, zelfs schepjes voor op het strand. Locatie was perfect en goed om met de auto overal te komen. 100 sterren voor Yves en graag tot ziens!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans un appartement refait à neuf avec tout le confort nécessaire. Gros plus pour la climatisation en août!! Merci à Willem pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. À bientôt

Meget fin og funktionel lejlighed. Vi indrettede kontor og arbejdspladser, så vi kunne arbejde i de 2 uger vi var i Marias lejlighed. Der var rigtig gode borde og stole, og indretningen af lejligheden var perfekt til dette formål. Lejligheden er moderniseret og har bl.a. et nyere badeværelse, et velindrettet køkken/stue og en meget fin altan. Der er et par mindre ulemper ved lejligheden, som f.eks. et meget lille køleskab samt en meget blød seng. Dette har jeg skrevet til Maria, og hun har sagt at det vil blive ordnet. En sidste ting man skal være opmærksom på er, at lejligheden ligger i den del af bygningen, der ligger i nærheden af vejen, så der kan godt være lidt støj. Men ikke noget stort problem. Vi sov fint om natten alligevel.

We have just returned from a week staying at this property. From initial enquiry - check out Ruth was very friendly , helpful and available if needed. Ahead of going we received clear video instructions for collecting the key / entering the property and information about the apartment itself. As well as links to local attractions/ restaurants. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood with views of the mountain. It was a clean place with all the things you would need for a stay. Even little pots of olive oil which came in very handy ! The building has a lift which is very helpful especially with cases. Ruth recommended we took a taxi to the apartment as it's a bit hard going with cases. We took a bus and she was right it was a bit of a hill arriving but the bus stop is just a few mins away which is very convenient from the airport. It also was only 10-15 mins walk to the beach / shops and restaurants. We also particularly enjoyed the restaurant "k-vegan" which was local !

La vistas es lo que más nos gustó del apartamento, la zona además era muy tranquila, que era lo que buscábamos con los niños. Nos hemos sentido en nuestra casa y todo es exactamente como ves en las fotos. Todo muy limpio, con buenas instalaciones, y con mucha independencia. Gracias Jesus!

first of all the host is very friendly, which is very important for us considering other experiences. the apartment was very clean and the host took care of details as home perfumes, extra bed linen, everything you need as your home. the terrace it s also nice relaxing. the neighbourhood is like a fairy tale and super quiet. nice beach restaurant&bar just 5 minutes walking from the location. and 2 minutes away, supermarket. we had a very nice stay, happy that we chose Marina’s apartment. thank you

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser grossen, hellen und sehr sauberen Wohnung. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit einem liebevollen Willkommensgeschenk überrascht! Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel, mit einem grosszügigen Garagenplatz und direktem Liftzugang in die 2. Etage. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen, sehr gepflegten Anlage mit einem grossen, sauberen Schwimmbad und einem gut ausgestatteten Kraftraum. Besonders begeistert waren wir von den zwei grossen Terrassen – eine vom Schlafzimmer aus, die andere vom Wohn- und Küchenbereich zugänglich. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause. Die Gastgeberin Sara war jederzeit erreichbar und hat stets schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal: In nur 5–10 Gehminuten erreicht man zahlreiche gute Restaurants in La Caleta. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder – vielen Dank Sara!

Buena comunicación con Tomás en todo momento. La casa es perfecta para pasar unos días con amigos Lo único tener en cuenta que es necesario tener coche para llegar, sino moverte en taxis puede ser costoso. Repetiría y recomiendo quedarse

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house, it’s the perfect place for a family! The home was spotless (10/10 for cleanliness) and fully equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout. The master bedroom even had a baby crib – we didn’t need it this time, but it’s great to know it’s there for future visits. One of the things we loved most was the fact that the house has two balconies, both offering stunning sunset views – a perfect way to end each day in Tenerife. The location is quiet, safe, and very convenient – close to shops, restaurants, and everything you might need. Everything looked just like in the pictures, maybe even better. Our host was amazing -friendly, super responsive, and made everything really easy for us. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back here next time we’re in Tenerife. Highly recommended!

Amazing villa Place was very very clean it has everything you need. Swimming pool was lovely and warm. Great for pictures if you post on social media etc. love the kitchen area as a chef. I love the privacy the bbq grill outside and toilet outside so you don’t have to keep going back inside the home Amazing host I bothered him so much just asking so much questions and but he replied instantly Location Taxi Is like 60€ to Siam park 75€ to the city where all the action is. 15€ to the local beach which is quite private but really really hot and nice restaurant soon as you walk in. But the local petrol station & supermarket the people are lovelyyyy. An I meet a local woman taxi who was our personal driver for few days and she was lovely. Just two things don’t really get sun for to long at this location and need more heaters as it gets bit chilly Thank you xxx

Beautiful villa, great location with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Everything exactly as described. Bella was an excellent host, great communication and very responsive to any questions. We had a fantastic stay!
