Nice place, very private.

Wonderful stay a short distance from Berlin (about 30 minutes). The house is spacious with two good bedrooms and the kitchen was equipped with every comfort. Spacious living room and large garden with plenty of sun. And as a host Angela was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. There's not much to do nearby, but we really came for Berlin. We'd love to come back with our family.

We spent a perfect long weekend here celebrating my birthday with friends and family, and honestly, it was everything. The house was spacious, stylishly minimalist, and stocked with everything we needed — from a great kitchen to an easy-to-use grill. The kids lived their best lives in the sandpit and on the trampoline, while the adults soaked in peaceful vibes and some of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen. Bonus points for being close to the train station and Aldi. The only hiccup? The curtains weren’t blackout, so getting my toddler to sleep (or sleeping in) took a little extra love. But truly, that’s a tiny note in what was otherwise the ultimate Berlin escape. Would 100% come back in a heartbeat.

Manfred's house is beautiful. He has furnished it with a lot of taste and attention to detail. We immediately felt very comfortable there. Especially from the 2nd floor you also have a great view of the small harbor. The nature around the Zerpenschleuse is very idyllic and a wonderful contrast to hectic city life. We will definitely come back. 😃

We stayed in the lake house for the second time. As a group of 7 people, we had a great time. We didn't miss anything. The location is exceptionally good. You wake up and watch the sunrise over the lake. Gladly come back.

We have rarely had such a relaxing holiday:) For whatever reason, we woke up every day at sunrise, started the day with a coffee on the terrace in the beach chair or were alone on the lake with the rowing boat 'Odi‘ (included:)!)..a dream. Frank is a great host!! The place reminded us of a small log cabin in Sweden😊 Everything was perfect.. We will be happy to come back☀️ Thanks again for your hospitality, Frank!

We found the place without any problems thanks to Cathleen's information. The house is older, everything new inside and the "Haus am See" is fantastically located. Overlooking the lake, quiet / a really good place to unwind. We really enjoyed our holiday. Thank you again. Micha

We spent a nice week at the lake house. The house was very clean and in a great location. On arrival we were very nicely welcomed by our hosts. It was totally quiet, highly recommended especially at this time of year. Next to the jetty, grebes were breeding and you could watch the birds at the lake. The water invited us to take a refreshing dip despite the not-so-warm temperatures. We were very pleased with the nice welcome gift.

Amazing place for a getaway, we had a very peaceful new years and our dog was happy to roam the fenced land plot that belongs to the house. Easy and smooth check-in, a lived-in house full of thoughtful touches, like heated floors in the hallway, a sound system with an iPhone jack, a working fireplace, etc. Kitchen has all the amenities for cooking and then some. Overall a super chill place, would love to go back some time!

It was a great stay in a wonderful place to stay. Everything was clean, practically furnished and thoroughly equipped. The staff were always friendly and eager - even in the stress of Pentecost. Unfortunately, it was not stated at Air bnb that there was at all and what additional costs for electricity, gas, water and parking. Also that the arrival is only possible in a quite short and very timely window of time, it was only visible after booking and with a contract. This dampened the joy of travel for a short time and we had to reschedule amply.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was even more beautiful than the photos—spacious, immaculately clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Berlin City or area and we’d love to return in the future. Fred and his wife (and Carlos) are very kind and helpful,the house was very very clean and we lacked nothing! Tips in the area/restaurants are included ... If you are looking for a few days of absolute peace and quiet, just the thing! We will be happy to come back!

The house is just great. We particularly liked that each room had its own bathroom and there was a really big nice dining table where everyone could sit comfortably. We really enjoyed the 3 days and highly recommend this place to everyone. Kind regards from 8 Berliners

We had a nice time at Christian's place. The apartment has everything you need, is close to the beautiful lake and surrounded by forest. Fantastic and idyllic. Highlighted is the great terrace with BBQ and the spacious outdoor area. Perfect for kids! Christian is a great host and also the neighbor upstairs is extremely nice. We were amazed by the strong room scent, but after we banished the room scent dispenser in the closet, it was okay with us after ventilating. We highly recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable with Kerstin. It has a great house, located in the middle of the forest and only about 400m from the lake with a nature swimming lake. I especially liked the two hammocks and the wonderful book selection (Tocotronic – Chronicles!). Our kids enjoyed the stand up paddle. Communication was impeccable, the equipment of the house very good! Anytime again! Highly recommended for families!

The communication with Sebastian was very nice and straightforward. The house is in the middle of the forest and it is very quiet. There were great toys in the house for our kids.

We proposed Kristine to rent her apartment for a special occasion and at all times she was flexible, understanding and helped us a lot with all the management!! My partner's birthday was a success and it's thanks to Kristine and her family. The place has its own charm, 10 minutes walk from the most beautiful lake in Berlin (in my opinion) and in a very quiet area. It was a pleasure!!

We enjoyed our stay with dog and toddler. The place is very confortable and clean. Everything we needed is available. The bathroom with tub, rain shower and dimmable light is magnificent. The sofa is very convenient. In the evening you can sit comfortably outside in the small garden. The party room with covered terrace is a fun extra. The house is in the middle of the village, but like a small oasis very rural and quiet. You're on your own. In the morning we were woken up by the roosters. The neighbors are very nice and helpful. We were allowed to look at the neighbor's many birds (chickens, ducks, parakeets ...). Which was especially pleasing to our smallest guest - like a private mini zoo. The lake can be reached by a small alley in a few minutes. There you can walk at the promenade, eat ice cream or bathe on the (unguarded) sandy beach. We will be happy to come back.

What a gem of a place: so close to Berlin, yet so tranquil. The house is well equipped and served us, a family of four, wonderfully. The plot on which the house is located is fantastic as well: a huge garden with fruit trees, a trampoline, a treehouse, and access to a clean stream that leads to the Kalksee (an ideal spot for swimming!). The property's location is also perfect, with the tram stop taking you to Berlin and a few shops (Aldi, Edeka, Norma, KiK) just a short walk away. Finally, our host, Katja, was friendly and responsive, and everything was immaculately clean. We would love to return next year and recommend booking your stay with Katja!

The stay in the Havelhäuschen was very nice all around. The communication in advance was perfect (very friendly and open), the check-in easy, the house well equipped and lovingly furnished. And it is located directly on the Berlin-Copenhagen cycle path😊!!! If the weather had played along, we would have jumped directly into the Havel, paddled around with the SUP and ended the day comfortably in the garden. Instead, we were at the delicious Italian place around the corner!

Our stay in Bindow was great! We were able to enjoy the good weather on the water, use barbecue facilities and relax. A bit of what had changed in the furniture, which was only beneficial and did not represent a shortcoming at all. Especially the fenced in garden was a huge plus for us with dogs. The communication with the contact person was also fine. We found it a little unfortunate that it was only written communication, where a phone call might have been nicer. The house, especially the kitchen, is well equipped! Even cooling pads or pavements were available! The only thing missing due to the variety of mosquitoes were screens/mosquito nets in front of the windows. All in all, we lacked nothing! We will be happy to come back! :)
