The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. This sunny studio is set in a leafy, private courtyard with a side entrance. It is adjacent to our family home. A short level walk to Manly ocean beach, cafes, restaurants, shops, Manly wharf and all that this beautiful seaside suburb has to offer. There's a local bus(free or coin donation)across the road that goes to Manly and runs half hourly. The studio is equipped with a queen bed with ensuite, kitchenette. Your courtyard has a retractable awning and a small weber bbq for cooking.

Pick up the beach umbrellas, rug, and picnic basket and head out to the nearby sands. The sun keeps shining back inside too, thanks to the large north-facing windows and high ceilings, plus light wood floors, bright white walls, and coastal feels. We are located 1 minute from Manly Beach, and 3 minutes walk to the wharf where you can easily access ferries to the city. Also a short walk to Shelly Beach. Relax, snorkel, paddle or have a coffee downstairs. Holidays have never been easier
